Best prawn pizza with a splash of chilli. Tasted like it was made with TLC maybe because I ordered and picked up at 4.30 on a Friday arvo when the store is not as busy. Thank you to the store manager who made my pizzas - got a supreme too which was just as awesome according to the non seafood eater!

I felt really sorry for the worker that was still made to ride his bike in pouring rain. Surely this an OH&S issue and bad common sense! It would be hard for cars to see them, dangerous for them to ride and also bring out in the rain that long can make them sick. Have a back up plan for horrible weather to deliver your average pizzas!

Inexperienced team and bad management. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes I asked for the team to provide at ETA on my order, at which time the crew couldn’t find the pizzas. They told me to wait another 10 minutes while they sorted it. 10 minutes later i again check on the order, only for all the staff to look confused and ask each other if they knew where the order was. They then realised they forgot to load it and make the pizzas for the 2nd time. So now, 45 minutes after making the order and 2 failed attempts at checking the order, I finally received the order. I don’t blame the junior staff for the mistake, but the lazy management for leaving a team of inexperienced crew to deal with the entire store on a Friday night. No leader, hustle or customer attention in sight.

This is three times now the pizza is so under cooked. The base is still doughy the cheese is barely melted ! Please teach your staff how to cook!! Edited, so I thought I'd give them another go, far out even more ridiculous than ever! first they make the wrong pizza secondly the cheese scrolls were miniature size and missing one. Worst thing was it was the manager that did it!! Then tells me he had a long weekend!!!!! Check the photos

I ordered a chicken and Camembert pizza online. Unfortunately the website didn’t register the fact that I removed onion from my pizza, because I am allergic to onion. It also arrived with NO Camembert cheese even though I had paid the surcharge for extra Camembert. When I called the west Burleigh dominos store to let them know. The first person had no idea what to say and asked if I wanted to speak to his manager. When the manager was coming to the phone, she was laughing so hard she accidentally put me on hold. Her name started with S, which I couldn’t hear through the blatant laughing which was completely rude. When I told her about the pizza, she mentioned the onion removal wasn’t on the receipt, which is fine because it wasn’t their mistake. But then began to argue with me about the Camembert not being on the pizza, saying she couldn’t “see” the surcharge on their end. Which is ridiculous. How can they make a pizza to order if they can’t see the extra surcharge options? She even began to talk over me about how I was wrong. She was nothing but immature and rude with the way she spoke. Eventually she reluctantly agreed to send the right pizza out and hung up on me. Did not say sorry, did not accept fault and was clearly annoyed by my phone call. Thanks for doing her job the second time and hopefully sending the right pizza this time, which is yet to arrive. But I’m sure with her attitude she’s probably spat in by now. Absolutely disgusting service, and as a business owner, I can’t believe someone has put her in charge as a “manager”. The owner of this franchise should be worried. There is no way I would leave my own business or customer interactions in the hands of this kind of person. I’m actually shocked.

Places a online order for 3 pizzas waited 2 and a half hours to received nothing contacted dominos numerous times put and hold multiple times for only to be told their is nothing they can do , staff super unhelpful Manager was only one who helped resolve the issue . All this bearing in mind live within 5 min driving distance Do not recommend
