Dissapointed is an understatement. We rarely spend much on take away. We thought we'd treat ourselves to Mexican, spent $50 which we have never done before. What a waste of money. 80% got thrown in the bin. No meat what's so ever, literally. Just rice and beans. If we wanted vegetarian we would of offered vegetarian. Never again.

I always have multiple meats, and added extras with my bowl, always a healthy takeaway option! These guys were so Busy Friday, and like pros, they just pushed the orders out, impressive drive through service!

I have been a regular customer at this location since it opened. The consistency of the meals here used to be top notch. Sadly I must say the last few times I have ordered here it has been awful food and awful service. Something must have changed drastically, the food no longer even tastes like gyg, chips have are horrible, hardly any meat, drive through waits are much longer and now the food comes out cold. I hope Management actively read their reviews so that hopefully they can turn it around and we can all start enjoying eating the food here again.

Relatively good food... when we get what we ordered. Everytime I come here, I ask for my partners meal without cheese. Not only do both meals end up with cheese, when I can be bothered to take the meal back, often I will have to take it back multiple times as they will give me no meat or no salad but still put cheese on. If we get takeaway we have to literally go through all of the food to make sure they haven't put cheese in a burrito labeled 'no cheese' before leaving the place. Very frustrating.

VEGAN HEAVEN! I got the new mushrooms in a burrito and wow..it’s so delicious. But the beat part of my experience was HOLLY and her amazing customer service 🙏

Unfortunately it’s seems GYG Burleigh are unable to do vegan nachos as well as they have in the past. No guacamole and just super sloppy. And more expensive for less of the quantity! Very disappointing!

Watched a staff member eat some of our chips (while handling other food) while it was getting delivered to us, asked the staff member for a new serve of chips and explained why and she simply took it around the corner and brought back the same chips. To top it off, they were cold. Disappointed, and perhaps training in food safety and handling needs to be reviewed with staff not to mention customer service could also do with a refresher.

They use the same gloves to prepare food and touch the eftpos machine. My friend had to return her meal because of this. The next time I ordered from there I had to ask if they could please change gloves. The next few times it was still happening and I didn’t say anything

The food is great but the music in store was really too loud! So loud that both myself and the girl serving me had trouble hearing each other. Also was hard to have a normal conversation with the other people without yelling to each other.

Terrible food. This Burleigh GYG should not be operating until they learn how to cook. $17.20 for what was predominantly a rice burrito and the saddest ,most inedible chips I have ever seen....see below. One Star Is Way To Generous.

I just had a surreal experience ordering 2 soft tacos and after a 20 minutes wait I was approached by the girl who served me to ask again what I had ordered. After another 15 minutes I asked if there was any progress and I was asked to produce my receipt. I explained that I wasn’t given one and was told that the manager wanted to see evidence of the transaction in my bank account which I grudgingly provided by logging into my online banking. It would seem the onus was on me to prove that I had made the order rather than the staff to find the misplaced order that I had paid for. Ten minutes later my order arrived. The person who served me was very apologetic but the manager needs some serious lessons in business dealings. I won’t be returning
