Haven't had Jack's for years so was amazed, it was really yummy 😋 Mum had the new pork belly burger & I had the crispy chicken & bacon 🍔. Very impressed, the latte was divine too.
Visited twice to try new cheese butty burger and that's what I got lol. The amount of cheese is definitely not as in advertising where it's spilling out of the burger.
The other day I actually got a burger with no cheese at all but at least I was informed they don't have cheese on that day.
Good customer service and accommodated me with my requests. Food well made and timely, no real issues here, little overpriced is the only thing i could pick.
There's a reason why KFC right next door has a line of cars waiting out on the street and Hungry Jacks is like a ghost town. Overly expensive and long wait times even when your the only one in store. Ordered over $70 worth of Hungry Jacks for delivery which never arrived. Phoned Hungry Jacks, who were no help at all and told me to apply for a refund and order again. Refunds take at least 5 days so have no food for my family and $70 out of pocket. Will never order deliver from Hungry Jacks again
As usual really nice food, but was spoiled by the attitude of the girl taking the order. Acted like she didn't want to be there.
The staff are very friendly & kind. They do a wonderful job.
