Not impressed, long wait through drive thru including AGES at the food window just waiting, a line of cars is understandable but not the super long wait at the collection window. chips undercooked and cold with no seasoning at all. no napkins given. Drive-thru was overwhelmed...cars lined backed half a block. Inside service was less than ordinary. More a management issue rather than floor staff. Not the first time

Yet to have a good experience here. Wether its forgotten things from my order, poorly cooked food or rude staff its just never been good. If it wasn't the only kfc near us and the family didn't like it I'd never go
50/50 whether the staff can read a list off a screen and put the matching items in a bag.
Barbecue sauce also seems to be mythical, or at best interchangeable with sweet and sour.
I opened my travis scott zinger box to find a chicken head, travis scotts fingers, a rat, and somebodys weave pube.
Unacceptable Behaivour but i did enjoy the pube

Bacon machine is broken they say but the whole while they offer you a bit of extra cheese that you don't get while still charging the price for the meal with bacon...... sneaky
