Took forever to get my coffee. The sugar was wet in the packets and when I told the staff he just said “they’re not wet” so I pulled out a couple wet ones and said yes actually I just pulled a couple wet ones which are now in my coffee. He dismissed it and gave me more sugar. I don’t feel heaps welc
I’ve had a better coffee on a plane. First coffee was burnt water. Got it remade and it came out as warm milk. Can’t taste the beans at all. All the gear, no idea. Go somewhere else where your tastebuds will not be assaulted and burnt.

Helpful and courteous staff. Specially the guy who served us today was so nice and guided us with the allergen and ingredient list. Absolutely love their customer service and of course their Fudge and Macademia Brownie are to die for.
