Situated on a very busy road, extreme queues on road and the drive through during peak times (school pickup time best to avoid).
Spacious dining areas and is clean considering its flow of traffic. Large play equipment for the younger ones and is enclosed area in full view from dining area.

I really didn't like the assumption to use IT Apps, screens and for payment. Took ages to give personal service and take my order. Great annoyance at waiting for me to get money/coins out of my purse as well! And, my coffee cup was only 1/2full! Grrr!

I went through the drive through and used the app they are constantly spruiking to order a $3.50 coffee only for my code not to go through at their end. After waiting for the staff to run around trying to solve the problem, I said, ‘Don’t worry about it.’ I left without my coffee and 5 minutes later
Very bad experience. Ordered a meal from app, and gave the code for pick up. Go to the counter, show the code but they said NO order on their side. It's Saturday lunch time, I don't want to argue in front of lots people, and my kid was hungry, so I ordered another meal and wait a long time to get it
Recently they’ve been dishing out cold sandwiches and fries at the drive through and always forgetting an item or two. Boxes come out greasy and even water bottles. Not sure what’s happening there recently, but they used to be much better.
