Review Just A Little Bit Naughty Cafe - Burpengary

This is really close to where I live so finally made an effort to go. I really liked it. I went two days straight and have tried their healthy breakfast and their omelette meal. Their iced coffee is not bad. The cafe reminds me of one you'd find in the country if it was only surrounded by fields of farmland rather than local shops and a main road. It's just off the highway so if you're travelling, it's a great place to stop in for a break and feed. With its name I was expecting more cakes and treats to choose from, but there isn't that many sweet options.

They are so so so sweet. I came here with my friends when we realised we couldn't afford 3 meals. We ordered 2 meals but when they saw we had three people they gave us an extra meal. There customer service is incredible and I want to give a special thanks to they ladies that served us. It made our day and we will continue to come back and give our support:)

Could have got more stars if the food was better presented, and better prepared. The pancakes were ok, but very dry, and I could not finish them because of it. Chocolate sauce tastes like milkshake syrup, erg. Omelet was tasty, but poorly presented and a bit small for the plate. Buttered toast was tasty. Slight issues ordering, not but nothing that couldn’t improve with time and experience on the part of the staff. When you ask someone what size drink, and show them takeaway containers, they expect to be served in takeaway containers. Then bringing stuff out not in takeaway containers is a bit off key.

To address the owners reply: Ate here 23/05/2022 so perhaps they ran out of lasagne and grabbed frozen from IGA, and after waiting 45 minutes we didn't have time to speak to owner, eat, or re-order, as stated in original review. Nowhere on menu did it state "oven baked chips" I'll pop in during the week and take a photo. . I'd like to make it clear from the get go, the two stars are only because of ONE staff member who was lovely. Partner and I ordered lasagne, chips, burger. We waited 45 minutes for the food with only one other customer in the cafe. We chose to just eat the food, only as we were on a time schedule, and didn't have time to get anything else. The food was edible and not much else. Had we had time, I'd have returned it after the first bite and gone elsewhere. I'll start with the lasagne: Microwaved frozen lasagne. (have read replies on other reviews, so before the owner replies this is not true, I actually grabbed one to compare, it's black and gold frozen lasagne) edible but not enjoyable. Burger: Stone cold patty, bun stale and not toasted. Chips: I don't even know how to explain them. I guess they were cooked in an oven and that's why our food took so long. They had burnt end corner bits, slightly stale texture to eat. Salad: Adequate, tomato a little over ripe. I hate leaving negative reviews when there's a good staff member, but I'd rather people have an accurate account of the food prior to attending. I wouldn't even have minded the 45 min wait, if the food was slightly decent.

After seeing what goes on in the kitchen area while I was waiting for my food I wasn't too keen about eating here again. Maybe just a coffee next time. Looking forward to seeing what food outlets open up when the tennis court across the road is redeveloped into a shopping centre

Great food. Good prices. I had a daddy date with my 12yo daughter. Awesome breakfast. We got Waffles and ice cream with chocolate sauce, bacon and eggs and a latte. Just over $27. Fantastic bacon and sunny side eggs, homemade waffles. 1 minor issue only. The latte had a little too much froth, and bubbles a little too big, a cappuccino without the choc topping, so no photo. 20mm instead of 12mm. Nice flavoured brew though, and a consistent smooth milk throughout.

First of all the people making food weren’t wearing gloves just after touching the cash register. she the handles a wrap that I ordered with her hands and long acrylic nails touching the chicken. Then to check if the food was warm enough the worker put her fingers all over it to feel it. Prices for unsatisfactory, unsanitary average food was not worth it. Then also the customer service was poor as the young girls were making comments to each other about everyone who entered the cafe and laughing at an elderly lady deciding on what she wanted to order

My sister and I went there this morning and when we ordered we made sure we had everything we wanted the lady serving us (the owner) even repeated our order to us and yet still the ice chocolate was missed, then as we are eating our food she comes up to us and made us pay for it when it was their mistake for forgetting. The employees were really loud and practically yelling at each other and it wasn't very nice to listen to while trying to have a peaceful morning tea with my sister. As the food was average and the pancakes were very dry and flavourless.
