Won’t accept keep cups unless they are clean. Also won’t rinse them out for you. Defeats the entire point of a keep cup if you can only use it once before a cafe refuses to fill it or clean it. Really poorly thought out policy and bad for the environment as well. Coffee itself was ok. Although the
