Food was yummy but very disappointed with service. Went through drive thru, was asked to park out front, my order would only be a minute. Sat there for 13mins, went in to ask where my order was, it's still cooking. Grilled chicken takes 16mins to cook, wasn't told that, would have changed my order.

Ordered no cheese jnr whopper (lactose intolerate) & no salt on the chips because I hate it. What did I get - jne whopper WITH CHEESE & salt on the chips. Let's hope my drink is correct no sugar (diabetic) no ice because I hate it.

Ordered a breakfast meal on menulog and there was no update on the stage of the order 10 minutes after the delivery time. I can only assume that the staff got lazy and didn't want to make it because the breakfast menu would have ended shortly after my order was confirmed.

Service is faster than some other stores and chains, however still not ideal. Delivery drivers are left waiting to ask for their food, which is often prepared and waiting on the benches. Poor service and long wait. They also gave me something instead as they don’t have the item that i ordered through the app and charged me extra. Won’t come back again. They don’t even know how to cancel the order through the app!!!
