Review Chatime - Burwood

Arrogant and rude staffs. Even when you smile at them while ordering, they don’t smile back (unfriendly). TEA too watery, pearls aren’t soft & sweet. I always order Large Premium Pearl MT w/custard regular sugar without ice, but different taste always. 😕

I've purchased a few times from this branch. Most of the time, they are good but the topping that I got today was not much. Service is good but I'm unsure if I will come back here. Perhaps I will give another go to see if it will improve/the little topping was just a one-off.

Poor service. The register didn’t even smile and was very snappy. I order a small strawberry green tea and I was watching them make it. The person used a broken cup and poured it into another cup then tried to seal it but the seal was all lumpy. The tea was very sweet and the toppings all popped in the drink. Don’t recommend this place at all!

Just ordered pearlmilk tea but the milk was off and tastes horrible. Disappointed by the first order.

It will the first time and last time visiting this store. I ordered a milk tea with pearls. (The guy maybe missed heard me and puts pearls and lychee jelly on the order and I didn’t notice on the screen)So I noticed (after order) that pearls and lychee jelly in the cup, try to wave and get the guy attention and he ignores me. Finally got his attention told him I didn’t want lychee jelly in the pearl milk tea, he said to me I’m too busy, (he was very frustrated and very rude)he didn’t want to take the lychee jelly out, I told him can you just scope it out, still he didn’t want too, then he opens the door and he said you want to come in here and do it. He also said to me if you don’t want this drink pay for another drink. Wow this was unbelievable experience ever for me for the first time. Don’t know how you train this guys. This was the worst customer service I ever have experienced. Hope you improve on customer service.

Disgusting service, rude server. Can't get the simplest of orders right. Avoid this place. Apparently this is supposed to be a brown sugar milk tea. Clearly it's not!

First of all, the staff attitude was not really appreciated. She was no smiling AT ALL. No calling the customer and just leave the beverage on the cabinet when the beverage was done. And, the bubble was too hard to chew!!! I love Chatime but not Burwood branch.

The lady doesn’t speak English properly, throws the change in your face and has too much attitude. Go do the road, better staff with better service

I like the honey dew milk tea with pearls. It is a little pricey for flavoured milk tea but was enjoyable. <br/>There a long queues though at the Burwood location. <br/>I would come back.

Had a great experience here. Drink was served in perfect temperature, tasted good and service was pretty quick.

The drink is here is good. Very refreshing and yummy.The service very quick, quicker than last time. I had grass jelly in milk tea and affordable price.

A chilled, large milky pearl tea is a great alternative to coffee on a hot day. Despite the variety of beverages on offer, I always come back to this classic bubble tea at Chatime.
