Review Sharetea - Burwood

This establishment deserves 5 stars or higher. As you may be aware, Sharetea has been around for a long time and has a large number of franchises. However, I believe that this location is a good place for people from different countries to try new foods and listen to music when they have time to relax at the end of the day, as this store is open until 11 p.m. As a result, it is a good idea to try the best tea from Taiwan, which is a good choice for your change. Besides, I believe this store was recently decorated and upgraded, so there are a few flaws. recently I had saw some negative interactions, but I believe that for the first time, and with the help of the staff, I was able to enjoy some good drink . I recently had some negative interactions, but I believe that for the first time, and with the help of the staff, I can see that the boss here is very dedicated and caring towards the customers, and that he uses a lot of good items in the store, which can make a difference. It still have the original receipt for the sharetea . Furthermore, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to the customers. I think this is the good chance for you to try this place.

Need a late night bubble tea fix? This Sharetea is open until 11 PM thankfully! Friendly service and very efficient. Shoutout to the hardworking employee making all the boba for everyone at night, you the MVP. My new favourite from Sharetea is the mango fruit tea with mango popping pearls. The popping pearls are so addictive!!

The best value bubble tea in Burwood. When I visited today, they have a promotion for "buy 1 get 1 half price" when you order from the top 10 menu. I wish they would have one more staff to help out. Recently when I've visited , there is only one staff to serve and make drinks. So it is quite busy for the staff member to do it all on their own. Drinks taste fine, happy with the price.

0 stars. Very unprofessional, frazzled staff. The WORST share tea franchise. Staff should not be customer facing in the food service industry. Nil communication skills- couldn’t greet customers, couldn’t take orders correctly or efficiently, couldn’t stick the order on the right cup, could not prioritise orders (instore vs online), couldn’t fulfil order, order not fulfilled in a timely matter (6 cups sitting on the counter while costumers stood outside waiting). Had to follow up after 15 minutes and they had been sitting there for 10 minutes. What a waste of time. They don’t know their payment methods. They had to stop their shopfront orders tonight because they couldn’t handle any more orders. Volume of online order system very loud and frequent. The staff midway through taking your order just pays attention to the online system. No music or good vibes. Drinks did not fulfil sweetness level, ice level, hot or cold requests. Drinks had to be redone. Would avoid and will never return.

Ordered a “lychee green tea with 30% sugar” The lady put 100% syrup + 30% sugar and said it is how they correctly make a tea. Fortunately she made a new one for me, though, with an awful attitude. I understand maybe she had a rough day, but I hope Sharetea can do a better training

Diluting green tea!! No, this isn't a joke. Ordered a large green tea and they filled up a quarter of it with tap water. I mean really?? It is just tea brewed in water, not a concentrate that needs to be diluted before serving. Never ordering here again.

I love Sharetea because: 1. The drinks are always exceptional quality. 2. Cups are solid and won’t spill. 3. You always get generous servings of the toppings. 4. Mini pearls!!! 5. Customer service is great. 6. Liven is available as a payment method, so you get 10% back every time you visit! Thanks for another great experience Sharetea.

Located inside the food arcade at Strathfield Plaza, this is your typical bubble tea takeaway outlet store. Service is pretty quick and the bubble tea was good.
Does My Bomb Look Big In This
(3.5 stars)<br/> When I first started drinking bubble tea or ‘boba’ in 2012, it was something of a novelty here in Sydney. Despite being developed in Taiwan back in the 1980s, it didn’t really hit peak popularity here in this town until the last few years. ChaTime – the first place I tried it - did most of the heavy lifting in Sydney, though in the ensuing years, I’ve reviewed a good collection of bubble tea outlets from PresoTea, King-T and Gong Cha to the super-pretty PaletTé. ShareTea is another of the big Taiwanese chains with outlets all over Sydney. I recently discovered their candy-coloured Burwood branch when I was cruising the main drag at 11pm, craving something sweet after a fiery hot pot adventure. A little bigger than some of the hole-in-the-wall outlets I’ve visited, ShareTea Burwood offers up stools and pastel-tiled tables to consume your icy beverage. While at first the...
