We had a last minute event to book for 20 people and Max and the team were fantastic! They were able to organise a dedicated area for the event along with a delicious menu that got raving reviews by the entire group. Thanks for making the event a success with such little notice! Some promo material and my printed menu had the word pastas (plural) implying there would be multiple to choose from, there wasn't and we don't eat marinara which was the chosen pasta. Pleasantly surprised. Came here for an impromptu Mother’s Day dinner with my family. Nice to find out that kids eat free on Saturday and Sunday…plus I got a free glass of champagne for being a mom. Will definitely come back to try $15 steak Mondays, $25 lobster Tuesdays, and $10 cocktails Sundays

We had a group of 20 for a function in a private room catering was 5 star quality for an extremely modest price. Undercover parking. Can't speak highly enough for this venue.

After the refurbishment, it's no longer a casual bar. It's not a small restaurant (albeit a good one), and an attached pokie room. Presumably a catered function room I've not explored.

Impressive new fit-out and a very nice feel to the place. The menu is great with a variety of nice and simple dishes. Good to have another local eatery in burwood
