They missed an item in my order however I am still giving them five stars due to their efforts to rectify and offer extra items when I turned up to advise them of their error. No lettuce on the burger. Bacon was not cooked. Chips were soggy and cold. Rushed and vertually thrown at us. Manager needs to be fired! Sack all and train your staff to cook food nicely and let people wait. If you won't eat it we damn won't either.

The burgers used to be better at Hungry Jack's not any more. Very disappointing.

I visited yesterday morning and the staff was yelling at me because I am slow in ordering whilst there was a long queue. I feel bad to slow down the speed but I do not like to be treated rude. No staff was wearing a mask, which I think is essential to keep hygiene.

If you’re getting food to take away, check your order before you leave. The ice cream machine has been” out of order” an incredible amount of time over the 20 years. Could it be no one likes cleaning it? Just a rumour.

Service and food is good. Environment is bad. I usually pick up and have it at home. Compared with other restaurants in the same street, this one is not that bad with the value meals ordered from the app (under $10).
