Review Hungry Jacks - Burwood

Absolutely disgusting. Food scaps on tables, overflowing bins, rubbish on the floor. There are filthy stains around the air vents and at a time when we are all trying to ensure cleanliness due to covid, the toilets are locked so you cannot wash you hands. I compare this to other places where tables are wiped down with disinfectant to avoid us contracting covid. The standards would appear to have dropped at hungry jacks as i do not remember their places being like that. Refer photos.

To management and for the young white guy, small goatee - have shaved head with black hair sticking out the back of your cap working tonight calling out orders- try not glaring at customers and shoving their order towards them without saying anything. I know you were busy trying to convince the other girl working how tall you thought you were which was - funny, but don’t be a rude little man to people, simple gestures are easy buddie, especially to customers- part of the job Food was decent +2 stars.

They missed an item in my order however I am still giving them five stars due to their efforts to rectify and offer extra items when I turned up to advise them of their error. Never asked for a receipt or proof of purchase, just accepted my complaint and offered compensation without question. Quality of the Burgers and onion rings is excellent 👌 too. Will definitely be returning.

No lettuce on the burger. Bacon was not cooked. Chips were soggy and cold. Rushed and vertually thrown at us. Manager needs to be fired! Sack all and train your staff to cook food nicely and let people wait. If you won't eat it we damn won't either.

The burgers used to be better at Hungry Jack's not any more. Very disappointing.

I visited yesterday morning and the staff was yelling at me because I am slow in ordering whilst there was a long queue. I feel bad to slow down the speed but I do not like to be treated rude. No staff was wearing a mask, which I think is essential to keep hygiene.

If you’re getting food to take away, check your order before you leave. The ice cream machine has been” out of order” an incredible amount of time over the 20 years. Could it be no one likes cleaning it? Just a rumour.

Service and food is good. Environment is bad. I usually pick up and have it at home. Compared with other restaurants in the same street, this one is not that bad with the value meals ordered from the app (under $10).

This place is open till late in the evening and located en route to Westfield Burwood from Burwood station. It has ample seating capacity and customer service is good too. The girls at Circular Quay Hungry Jack's can learn a thing or two about customer service from the staff here.<br/><br/>We tried the tender crisp peri peri chicken, potato fries and veg burger. Food tasted good. Neither too oily nor too salty. Just as I like it.

Although the staff working here are complete low lives that can’t get themselves or this hungry jacks together, it is still a good experience. Food is satisfactory and the restaurant has lots of tables meaning it can accommodate lots of people. I always have a fun time going here.

This outlet is conveniently located within walking distance from Burwood station.<br/>Spacious seating area is available inside the store.<br/>Quick and friendly service. <br/>Frozen coke was okay but the fries weren’t crispy enough for me.

What not to love from hungry jack’s? <br/>Good “flame grill” patties, and the famous whopper burger!<br/>The do sell vegetarian burger too, and frozen coke!

The only fast food chain/ restaurant I know which does a vegan or vegetarian burger so I had to try it. The burger was actually quite huge and the vegetarian patty was made from corn. Very convenient.
