Review Kfc - Burwood

The idea of serving cold drinks is to keep them in the fridge, not on the counter off to one side so I can get what I want served at room temperature. Having approximately 5 people behind the counter not actually doing anything when I walked up makes me wonder why KFC continue to pay you. So there's not one out of 5 people who can put drinks in a fridge? Standing around having a laugh is great, once everything is done, or was none of that covered in training? Does anyone here ever receive training?

potato gravy was completely liquid, fries had no salt on them at all, chicken was super dry and overcooked

Amazing service and really nice workers. Pleased with the food compared to other KFC’s.

Just got my 5 wicked wings 5 minutes ago and the staff service is terrible. I dont expect any as fast food store but she didn’t even give me any napkins or asked me abt the bag. Only 2 customers (including me) at the time she served. Hope the manager team can do something. I really like the taste ( their chicken used to be salty but it is really good now) but it swings my mood when she served me Ps: the star point is for customer service attitude. As usual, i just want to say that if you expect someone serve you the same in some restaurants, please keep doing the same attitude. Also”dont let your bad day become someone bad time, they don’t involve to your story”

This is one of the best KFC I have ever ate at. The chicken is so succulent and divine and the customer service was the best. Two alpha males named Sarvesh and Sanket had excellent manners and were super quick. This cook by the name of Peter cooked me fresh chicken even though it was 2 minutes before close.

Service was fairly quick, however the lady who served me was quite rude and rushed me when it was a slow Monday afternoon with nobody waiting in line. I don't think I'll go back here very much if I'm treated with negativity for no reason. I've had friendlier service in Eastern Europe, and that's saying something.

We got to KFC, ordered our meals, after the payment went through they told us they didn’t have any tenders. We changed our meal to a original tender burger and we were okay. Then they forgot our drinks, and gave us sub par food which consisted of under cooked and dry chicken, our chips were unsalted and our burger was not tasteful. I will not be returning here ever again.

I ordered 21 original recipes for 34 dollar. But most part that I got was CHICKEN WINGS. if I want chicken wings than I'd buy the chicken wings deal that way much cheaper. This is such a scam ! Terrible. The worst KFC I ever visit.
