Review Oporto - Burwood

Customer service was HORRIBLE. I saw a worker there treating her co workers really poorly! Her name tag said the name shiv.. she honestly needs to get her act together cause if she keeps acting like this, shes honestly bringing the stores potential down! I love oportos but because of her at burwood i dont think ill be going there anymore cause she was rude.

Incorrect order… I didn’t know bondi burger has two types and one with chilli… the one at the counter didn’t bother to ask which one… plus burgers seemed cold and stale, so was the chips… disgusting experience…

Extremely inconsistent and inaccurate operating hours. Always opening late or closing early "due to covid". It's been 2 years since covid and the hours displayed by this establishment are still incorrect and changing. Probably don't come to this place within 1-2 hours of it's indicated opening/closing time or else you'll find that they're mysteriously closed. Also if they are open on time, they "don't have chicken". Go figure... Unless you feel like taking a gamble, best to avoid or else you'll be left hungry like me.

Horrible customer service 👎 The lady serving got visibly upset when I changed a small kids order ☹️ They should be coached on the basic customer service skills

Customer service was horrendous!! This lady there serving customer orders was so mad at everything, throwing fits. She needs to get her attitude fixed.

Ordered the latest addition to the Menu - Vegan burger and can say: it is the greatest Meat eaters tool in converting Vegans back to eating meat. Disgusting

Went here on Friday last week Wow the food was alright but the customer service was disgusting! All the other takeaway stores next door showed great communication but this store is NO! no talking just plain rudeness it’s truly disappointing that such good food is met with awful selfish workers work on it Oportos.

Just don't look up. Those two lights they have over the pick up counter is disgusting. Turned me off my food. Could someone please give those a dust and wipe?

I have tried the veggie burger from various oporto outlets but today was in fr a surprise.The burger pattie was really fresh and not dripping with oil which it is usually across all Oporto outlets.

I was served on Tuesday 12/12/2017 at 3:51pm by Anusha G who served me old chicken for the Large Portuguese spicy bites (probably sitting for hours in the heat). <br/>We started eating the bites at home only to realised that she had mixed a large portions of the old chicken with some new chicken; you could tell the differences. <br/>My partner and I had food poisoning for the next few days.<br/>BECAREFUL guys!!

Single Bondi Burger was swell. Can't go wrong with chicken from oportos, haven't had any bad experiences as of yet!<br/>Though the chips were undercooked and tasteless. Clearly not their specialty!<br/>Not bad for a fast food joint!

Inspired by Sunil who seems to have gone to roughly a dozen Oporto's,eating the same thing which is the Vege burger I thought I had to try myself. It must be good if you gone so many times right? <br/><br/>So I went for the Vege burger combo <br/><br/>The patty reminds me of bubble and squeak,the patties you can get from the supermarket,maybe not available anymore though. The party was a little hard,maybe because it's already been cooked but left out. I didn't mind this. Chips are standard and portion size for my meal was a little small <br/><br/>There is always a little wait for your food which is fine <br/><br/>I found it nothing special,I might have to try it again somewhere else,just another standard store
