Last time we came here with our family and it was really good. This time we had a little bit of trouble ordering our meal, I'm not sure if that was my partner's fault or the server. Ultimately when my meal came out it was a little bit cold, staff not as friendly as it were last time.

I eat here often, havenât had too many issues. However the state of the bathrooms is absolutely appalling. No light in the womenâs toilets, forced to use menâs with a stinking urinal, that had not been flushed. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never let my daughter use these toilets. Lift your game!!

Definitely the worst gyg i have ever been to and ever will be to in my life. I am up in byron bay for shift work and have no other choice for âfast foodâ other than thisâŚ.. hovel, for lack of better words. The staff are completely incompetent, taking 10 mins of my life as well as multiple brain cells ordering the food for the order to then be wrong. Not once have I ordered from here and thought to myself âwow this is niceâ, âwow the service is goodâ or âthe staff here are so smartâ. I even ordered a diet coke and got given a corona beer without being ID checked. The only reason I come here is as stated above, I have no other choice. If there were negative rating stars it still wouldnât be low enough.

Has been good but today ordered 2 nachos both Small amounts of cold chicken fresh out of the fridge with shredded cheese fresh out of the fridge too not melted at all called but answering machine wouldn't let me speak to a person

What is going on with this place? Double to triple the wait time. Putting cheese when it states NO cheese, im lactose intolerant! No apologies when I let them know they put it on. Customer service is terrible. Manager doesnt care.

Chicken burrito was just mainly rice (85%) with a few bits of chicken and a few beans with 2 small bits of tomato. $11.90 ? Good business for guzman & gomez but not good for the customer, will not return again. It is what it is, honest review.

This was just terrible - rice did not even cover the bottom of the bowl at all, the steak was cold and like a boot. The rice was cold. A huge dollop of the incredibly hot hot sauce left as a blob in the beans (and only about ten beans in the bowl) so not worth $15.
Have had other burrito bowls at other Guzman locations this was so below standard and not coming back to the Byron outlet.

Friendly staff - didnât know how to pronounce the beer âDos Equisâ and called it âDouble XXâ. Who does that? If you are going to sell a foreign beer make sure you know how to say it.

Staff not to friendly, and they always give you 1/2 amount of sides (that you pay for) compared to other Guzman's. Don't bother asking for your full side of guac, the will rudely argue with you. Miss margaritas is up the road.
