Review Laneway - Byron Bay

Average açai. Expensive & lacking in toppings. Poor choice of granola & very little of it. Didn’t even get banana on the top. Flavour of the açai itself was nice enough though

wont be back , it must be under new management from a year ago or so. It used to be the best choice in town for smoothies etc(Ive been here 15 years). visited a couple months ago menu changed lost a lot of good options that they used to offer, smoothie I got was really watery mostly ice , ordered the smallest I could received the largest as they made too much, couldnt drink it all so took it back they refused to deal with the left overs and had to place smoothie into public waste bin, staff member I dealt with had shocking customer service skills, will never return

I’m happy to pay more for good quality juice; this was shockingly bad. It took 15 minutes for them to make a smoothie each for me and my partner, and when they gave them to us they were each flavorless. Can’t believe we spent $27 on colored ice water. I don’t understand why they have different flavors since you can’t taste anything anyway.

My daughter and I are locals and come here most mornings for the best acai bowls in town. The staff are always happy and have a chat. Lively place. Lovely staff. I highly recommend this juice bar to all locals and visitors.

Delicious acai bowls! Refreshing and full of acai flavor, our favorite in town!

Best açai bowl I've had- texture was great almost like an ice cream. Other places seem to just thicken it up with bananas- this one all you taste is the açai.

Thought I would quickly duck in after a lighthouse walk to get a smoothie, knowing paid parking starts at 9am and it was 8:30am I wouldn't have to pay... After waiting 10 minutes to actually be acknowledged and served I order myself an acai smoothie.. I then watched the 6 people behind me get served and get their orders. I know Acai takes some time to make, but the lady behind me ordered a bowl and she got hers quickly. I am currently still waiting, going on 30 minutes now. And it's past 9am.. Lesson learnt unless you have a solid hour to waste don't order acai from here. UPDATE : It's been 45 minutes, I'm giving up.. Heading home -$8.50 and empty handed. The food and drink is good but you guys REALLY need to work on your customer service. (they're not new staff members either)

Didn't even get greeted when we went up to the counter, not a smile or any gesture, the guy just stood there and waited for us to talk. Juice was alright, but wouldn't want to buy again for rude service.
