Meals were lovely...Reasonably Priced and Generous Portions.Only issue was Chef didn't want to sell a peice of Strawberry Cheesecake as it was on the "Mothers Day Menu"? and it's Mothers day. Would have been nice if meals all come out together aswell 🙂

The look and feel of the venue is great, the food is really good and the service is excellent. One point I've really noticed is they have stepped it up with security because the venue was very unsafe and now they have guards who actually care about their job with the end result being it feels like a safe place to be. Congratulations to management on the big turnaround of the venue, it now truly feels like a safe place for family and friends.

First time here in a very long time. Waiting an hour for a meal on a busy Saturday night is a bit ordinary, but made more bearable by the amazing food. Perfectly cooked steaks. Great customer service also. I will be back (although on a less busy night I hope!)

We had our celebration for 20 here and the staff were fantastic from the beginning to the end. The booking process was easy and the meals delicious, hot, filling and delivered in a timely manner. The atmosphere was warm and family friendly and the kids loved the playground. Thankyou for helping to make our night run smoothly and without any dramas. We would happily recommend and will gladly come back again.

Great meals and friendly service . Love that they have the option of purchasing on the phone from your table but you can still go up and order the other way too .

Great meals for a pub bistro, bordering on the fancy side. Exceeded my expectations. Great service and got to order on an app which is sweet with me!

I attended a function at Club Tavern today. The food was beautiful! We had sandwiches, pizza and a platter of deep-fried spring rolls/wontons etc...all top notch. Thank you! :)

Over the past three months my partner and I have had a weekly meal at Club Tavern. For a tavern I was surprised at the wide variety of high standard of choices on the menu usually found in up-market restaurants with their Duck Spring Rolls becoming a favourite of mine. My partner being a plain eater, his favourite's are either steak which is always served to order just how he likes it and bangers and mash. The staff are always friendly and helpful contributing to making it a pleasure to dine there. We decided for Christmas Day because we had never had a disappointing meal at Club Tavern that we would have our lunch there and we are so happy we did. The prawns, oysters and salmon were so flavoursome and fresh they tasted like they were offloaded from the trawler that morning. The hot meats were divine and we were very happy with the variety of salads and delightful desserts and choccies. All staff especially the meet and greet lady were more cheerful than ever ... no doubt due to the contageous Christmas Spirit. Even Santa was dressed to impressed with a beautifully made Santa suit which appeared to be made of luxurious velvet and his beautiful long white wavey beard was styled and trimmed to perfection. I hope you don't mind me offering two suggestions that in my opinion would help next year's Christmas Lunch run even more efficiently. 1. Dinner plates to be left on cold table as well as hot food area. A lot of people wanted to start their meal with seafood but were wandering around asking people where they got their plates from and they ended up with heated plates to put cold seafood and salads on. 2. Finger water bowls to be left on table for people to wash their fingers after peeling prawns or at least extra serviettes. Thank you Club Tavern management and staff for pulling off a wonderful Christmas lunch that we won't forget for many years to come. We have already planned to return for Christmas Lunch 2016 so we hope you are doing the same next year!

Quiet night. Service was very good. Friendly staff. We were warned that the shared entre platter was large and it was. Why not make it smaller? Our mains came out before we had time to finish entre. Chefs special baramundi was dry once I scraped off the tasteless green paste and the roast pork was tough and chewy. Not that enjoyable. Entres were good.
