Review Pizza Hut Morayfield - Caboolture

Purchased yesterday 2 large pizzas and garlic bread with a drink . Unfortunately it was a no no for me once again We purchased a while ago wasn't happy then tried on the 26 th June gave it a go again was the best pizza we had for a while. So yesterday we ordered again for the last time you lost me as a very good customer your loss. Also I ordered 6.pm arrived 7.40 pm COLD pizza who will enjoy that with the drink on my pizza not in warm bag . Uber eats need to check their drivers so they go by the policies and pizza hut lift your game up and make consistent quality pizzas.

Pickup from this store has to be the most disgusting pizza ever from Pizza Hut. I ordered a meat lover that the pastry was so soggy with more barbecue sauce was poured over the topping that the whole pizza fell apart when picking it up. And I ordered a super supreme and the same thing the whole pizza fell apart Never will go back there again. Pick your act up

Still waiting on a refund from 8 days ago… After calling Morayfield a Pizza Hut to complain, speaking to the manager who was so very rude saying things like “ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO ME?!” (He was trying to offer a $3 refund for a pizza and I questioned that…) after their store made an incorrect pizza, burnt the pasta, and manager left one of my drinks in his car.. He then DRIVES BACK TO MY HOUSE TO PICK UP THE PASTA, but no refund! Disgusting service and foods. Will be making a visa debit dispute unless contacted by the store. Order ID 3749e4d4

Please tell your drivers to read the addresses provided from your customers! I ordered pizza tonight and watched the live radar to see my pizza order being delivered to the wrong address. This has happened 4 times in the past being delivered to that same address and now a 5th time tonight. Not good enough pizza hut, very disappointed.

How is it 2022 and they can't deliver a pizza. So sick of the excuses. Everytime you order there is a problem. I have a crazy idea, hire an I.T. guru to fix your abmissal APP and employ a store manager old enough to understand how to keep the kids on task. My advice though, stay away from pizzamut as it has gone downhill rapidly.

Still waiting for my refund from 1st of July of $51.90 when their power went out and I couldn’t get my order. It’s been two weeks already, absolutely ridiculous and service tonight is atrocious. I have been waiting for TWO hours for delivery and can’t get through on the phone. This store is a total joke and should be shut down.

Ordered from there many times got a really bad pizza once it was only sauce and bread on half the pizza was told the next one would be free the second I mentioned it I was hung up on wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

Service great but quality very poor I gave 2 stars cause I am generous. Unfortunately it was a no no last night for us . Ordered 3 pizzas after quite some time I don’t know if they are new owners or just the quality gone down the drain. We purchase a supreme, veggie, bbq chicken . All blunt tasteless not worth the money Paid $39.95 with delivery . Lift!!! your gears up guys their are other places who appreciate their customers .

Made and paid for an order that never came, left my e-mail and contact details and never got a reply, essentially stole my money. will never every buy anything from pizza hut again.

Dearest favorite fast food chain, pizza hut. I'd like to share with you tonight's experience of my night so far. I'll start from the beginning. Whilst out in the sun today at approximately 11.47 am i received a call from my wife who shared with me some rather upsetting news about a close friend's family so I'm unsure if it was the starvation that had set in or the fact that i felt we needed to comfort or friend this evening i said to my wife let's grab some pizzas and cruise over to make sure she is ok. All day i dreamt about your succulent triangle morsels of loveliness so when it come time to order all i can think about is the salty goodness that is soon to be sitting on my car seat on the drive home contemplating if i should sneak a slippery slice. So the journey begins. Punch in morayfeild pizza hut I'm now on my way. Unfortunately your address ends up in cronulla nsw. Go figure. I then grab my mobile same thing. Ok ring the hot line sweet great cant understand this thing got more sense from the computer telling me either pick up or delivery. I try again. Hey bingo got something that resembles a English speaking person who puts me through. Yep great now moments away from the sweet delicious triangle tenders pull up got meal 7 pizzas 2 garlic breads slipped the sneaky slice i get home fierce appetite for my round faced friends feed the kids friends and myself when we are confronted with a hair not just a regular hair on top but a hair infused with cheese goodness. Great there goes smiley faced pizza and my will to eat. Thank you for your service I'll go to a competitor in the future my salty snack supplier.
