The food is usually pretty good and fresh however, they need to learn to fill things properly.
Every single time our chips and/or popcorn chicken aren't full.
Below I fresh out of the bag (noone touched it before the pic).
Given the price of popcorn chicken, you would expect to get full containers.
Placed on online order with the app, walked in and confirmed and then soent the following 30min waiting for my order. All they were waiting on was 1 burger for 1 meal and a wrap for the other. Everything else was packed and waiting withing the first 5mins, so they spent 25mins sitting there, getting
If I could give zero stars I would. Undercooked chicken, they are the worst KFC! Accidentally ordered from there on DoorDash instead of Strathpine.

Sometimes they are fast and efficient and it's great! They get super busy though and sometimes you can wait a lil while. Order is correct 98 percent of the time and my food has always been cooked well.
What's with one of the employees insisting I take a receipt (company policy apparently) yet others ask me and just bin it when I say I don't want it.
There's been too many times I've received fillet burgers swimming in mayonnaise or no lettuce. I think the staff here may need more training!
Absolutely horrible service. Waited 30 minutes for our order, then another 10 for our friends that ordered right behind us at the counter. The food itself was terrible. Last night, I waited for more than 20 minutes to pick up the food in the store. It was obvious that the female clerk was very unprofessional. Many customers were waiting, and she was still playing. She didn't focus on packaging the customers' meals, and kept chatting and having fun.

Ordered via app and waited 30 minute in-store for order. Was watching staff standing around doing not much at all. Order was cold, chicken on the fillet burger was tough and rubbery!!
Pull your head in KFC and hire enough staff for peak periods who know how to prepare food!!!
