Review Red Rooster - Caboolture

Had the unfortunate experience of coming through your drive through last night to order a rippa roll and flavour roll and large chips, after a 10 minute wait for our meal the chips were so old and cold we came back through to have them changed over for a fresh batch, after another long wait we discovered that all your staff did was empty out a small amount out of the original box and fill it with a very small amount of fresher chips. How hard is it to complete a simple task. Have some pride in your work and yourselves because that was embarrassing to you and your branch I can understand all the 1 star reviews now. Looking forward to the automated response from the "store owner "

Clearly everyone has mixed opinions on this red rooster, tbf sometimes the waiting times can be a little ridiculous (30 mins ) but I’ve never had a problem with the food. Most of the time the chips are crispy. Sounds like a hit or miss 🤷🏽‍♂️

25 minutes in a drive through is ridiculous. If the store is that short staffed, close the drive through! By the time you realise the wait, there's no way to back up/out.

Long wait in drive thru, the food was dry, barely warm, chips were very overly-salted. The cheesy nuggets were so cold that the cheese inside was solid. Other Red Rooster stores normally provide a consistently okay experience. This one - not so much.

Just received an uber order which was cold. I called to make a complaint and was told " I can assure you we make everything fresh" I don't doubt that but watching an uber driver cancel then had to find another one, this going to make the food sit there and go cold. Then the person on the phone said have a nice evening and hung up, no reloving the matter and the " I am sorry" was a little satcastic" Worst customer service and food I have experienced in a long time.

Attended the drive through at about 8:10pm on a Tuesday. After waiting for 25 minutes (20 OF THESE AT THE WINDOW AFTER PAYING) we were given a bag that we watch sitting on the bench slowly getting the order placed in it - as Uber Eats were prepared and sent out... by the time we got the burger box deal the chips were soft and warm would be polite, and the burger and rolls were warmish at best. WORST RED ROSTER EXPERIENCE EVER!

Drive through service is a joke!! 20min wait EVERYTIME! 30mins this time, drove straight out, will never waste my time there again!! Your not getting my money for this pathetic service..

They stuff up your order blam it on the delivery person. Instead of replacing the missing items and sending them out again. Do not order from them.
