Been coming here for almost 17 years and they are definitely the best Hu Tieu in Sydney!
My favourites are Clear Noodle Combination Hu Tieu, either soup or dry. Pictured here is the Dry version without nuts. I add nuoc mam on the side (50c or $1 extra, I didn’t remember the price)
Me and my family have been coming here since i can remember and that says alot about the place, every dish is delicious! Clear noodle combination (dry) is so flavourful, I've tried this same dish at many other restaurants near by and nothing compares to the flavours at Viet Trung. They have renovated the place so theres more seating as they have always been doing very well. Great food that reminds me of my childhood, hope to have my children try this place one day (when i have kids)! Highly reccomend!
Had Hủ tiếu here. I had the dry version. It is delicious with lots of ingredients. Love the crown daisy and bean sprouts accompanying the dish as well. I heard it's the best hủ tíu in town
We have been coming here for 18 years and it is our family's favourite Hu Tieu in Sydney! We have tried a few Hu Tieu places around Cabramatta and Bankstown, but we always come back to Viet Trung as they are definitely the best!!
My favorites are Clear Noodle Combination Hu Tieu, which contains combinations of proteins including offals. I like both Soup and Dry version. Please note though when ordering Dry, it usually comes with crushed nuts (but I've opted no nuts on mine as per photo). If you do not eat offal, the Seafood Hu Tieu is nice too!

We tried this place a few times before.Hu tieu is one of best in the area. Egg noodles is firmed and soup is tasty. Service used to be slower but has improved a lot lately. cash only
Clear noodle (Hu Tieu) here has to be one of the best in Cabramatta.Soup and source and tasty,noodle is firm. The only negative i found is they take quite long to make make the food, not sure why. highly recommend this place if you are a noodle fan.
High Quality, Delicious Vietnamese food. I had the Duck Noodle Soup, amazing broth. Best Duck Noodle broth I've ever tasted and I've tried many Duck Noodle soups around Cabramatta. It has a deep herbal flavour that is clean, perfectly seasoned not loaded with msg like other restaurants. Duck is a rich dark colour, evenly braised and tender. Will come back, again 10/10
