Review Golden Star Palace Chinese Restaurant - Cabramatta

Gina Lee
Good availability and access to the yumcha trolley carts. Food was still warm and tasty; could work on their service as I waited 20 minutes to takeaway prawn dumplings and dimxim. Also had an issue with the payments and stamping, though did sort it out in the end. Relatively cheaper than most places as they offer a 20% discount during the weekdays.

This is one of our regular restaurant, they must have hired a better chef. Food was exceptional tonight. Service was good.

One of my go-to's for yumcha in Cabramatta when I don't want to waste time lining up for Vinh Phat. Spacious, decent service, and also offer cash discount (20% off on weekdays & 10% weekends). Located right next to Dutton Lane Car Park up the escalators. Pictured: Scallop siu mai (highly recommend) Siu mai Steamed chicken feet Prawn rice noodle

Initially we were going elsewhere for brunch but the queue was like miles long.. wt... Anyway zipped here and there and walked up the none working escalator and found the Golden Palace and remembered we been here before. Was seated quickly for the 5 of us with a party of 6. Staff got the tea out fast and trolley at our table. It's nuts around this time of day, you either like the atmosphere of Chinese yum cha or don't. Either way is an experiences for the new and sometimes, even to the old as well. We don't do Yum Cha often, so it's a treat to everyone. Didn't see some items on trolley so needed to order off the menu. The wait staff "Alan" was fantastic, served us quickly and surely soon enough the ordered food was on our table. "Thank you ALAN!" A bit of warning here, I'm not sure what happenned to this building but as mentioned earlier the escalators are not working. So if you have elderly with you, you might like to use the lifts if that works. All in all, the food was fantastic and enjoyable brunch. Give it a go, with an open mind, and oh yeah be patience, most of these place are running 100 miles an hour and enjoy! Psst! ..Tau Foo Fah (Tofu Pudding) was awesome.

Have been coming here for yum cha for over a decade and in my opinion they've been getting better lately. More options, also have a menu now to easily point and order dishes that aren't on the trolleys. Like this one because there's so much seating and space, don't have to wait in line as long as other yum cha places in cabra.

WARNING: Food was cooked well, but we had terrible service. I will not be back. We came as a group of 6 on a Saturday night, and waited over 1 hour to get out first dish (half a small chicken). Then another hour to get our second dish (fried rice). We wanted to cancel, but the waiter kept on saying that we'll be getting our food soon. I get that there is a staffing issue, but this is just not acceptable. When we finally got the 2 crabs, there was only two claws in the noodle dish. We got swindled. The cooked crabs had barely any meat, and the meat was watery. Definitely not the two live crabs totalling 2kg that they showed us. I did not see a need to complain anymore as they clearly did not care. We got there at 7.. then cancelled and left at 9:30. We didn't even get half of what we ordered by then. The total bill was $200. Get your staffing issues sorted. I went to this restaurant two years ago, and this was my first time back. The quality of both service and food has fallen dramatically. I am sorely disappointed.

Quick service, I was greeted at the door and immediately seated. Lots of trolleys of food to choose from and I got all the dishes I was looking for. Quality of the food was decent 4/5, and very filling. 20% discount if you pay by cash.

One word. APPALLING. 5:30pm: Arrived as per their open time to see that there were only two tables being occupied. Ordered takeaway and was told that it would not be long, so I proceeded to wait...and wait. Tried to get the attention of staff to get an update of my order; given that the crowd had started picking up and multiple diners had received their dishes already. NOTHING. Was told by dismissive wait staff that if I wanted my meal quicker I should have dined in. 6:40pm: Still waiting... Frustrated, I approached the counter to see if another member of staff could assist. Told me that my food will be another 30 mins. Meanwhile, waitstaff were walking by purposely avoiding eye contact as I have waited more than an hour for my food. That being said, one lady did acknowledge my frustration and tried to sort out the issue. Having enough at this point, I grabbed the attention of another staff member, who in response said "Yes we know". If you know, why isn't anything being done?! Just unacceptable, the communication was non existent. Staff were rude bar one. The entire ordeal had taken almost 2 hours before any food was received. An insult to the rest of Cabramatta. Avoid this one, best to look elsewhere. Would not recommend.

I don’t know why the rate only 2.9?? Excuse me, the restaurant is not bad at all. I came this restaurant first time as my friend took me here today. Good food Good service Good price$$$ Fresh live lobster stir fried with noodle, seafood crispy tofu, free range chicken Cantonese style, stir fried green vegetable, fresh cut fruit treat after dinner. We three ppl didn’t finish all dishes and take away the rest. I will definitely come back again, highly recommended😄😄😄

We only come here for Sunday/Monday yum cha. I find that the dishes are so amazing, especially when they have all of my favourites (pictures attached) plus more! Their variety of dishes are excellent. 🤩 <br/><br/>The only down side is some of the staff are slow and they look extremely unhappy, especially when it’s busy and they seem understaffed (1-2 trolleys with the entire restaurant filled) 😟 and at times, the dumplings may be a bit cold.. however they reheat for us, so that’s a plus!

I do not recommend or will go back to Golden Palace again. They charged me 2.3kg for a mud crab I ordered for Mother’s Day and when I weighed it, it was only 1.2kg. You purposely ripped us off and this dishonesty is unacceptable. $156.40 for 1.2kg crab, that works out to be $130/kg for mud crab. Overpriced and dishonest vendor!!!

As a former restaurateur myself, I'm generally loathe to give negative reviews because I know what it takes to run a business. We went to Golden Palace in Cabramatta to take advantage of their $38.80/500g offer on their live lobster special. My stepmom had even called the restaurant ahead to double-check the price. When the bill arrived, my stepmom realised we had been charged some $330 for the lobster in the picture. When she challenged them, she was told the special price only applied to smaller lobsters although nothing on their menu and their displays mentioned anything about this caveat. Pretty annoyed, but it was my stepmom's birthday celebration so we didn't want to make a big scene of it.

The food doesn’t look the same as on the pictures, they bring out whole lots of food at one, made it cold not yummy anymore. Not reach my expectations 😕

I attended Golden Palace for a night wedding and I must say the food was alot better than I expected. Many wedding places have cold foods or not freshly cooked which is understandable due to the mass they need to cater for. I wasn't too disappointed with this menu, quite average.

📌 TL;DR <br/>Service was fast, generous servings but food was subpar.<br/><br/>Food 🥟🍲<br/>☆ ☆ ☆<br/>We came here using the Groupon voucher ($35 for 2 people for a 10 course yumcha/tea set menu). There was more than enough food even though we skipped breakfast to eat more. However, the food was subpar - especially the pork dumpling as the meat tasted quite cheap and the dumpling wrapper was way too thick. The Singaporean noodles was quite bland as well but the chive dumplings were decent. Overall, the food tastes quite cheap but it may have been due to us getting the Groupon set menu so it wasn’t made fresh to order.<br/><br/>Service 👨🏻‍🍳<br/>☆ ☆ ☆ ☆<br/>I found them to be attentive and immediately guided us to our table when we came in. They also gave us all the dishes in such a short amount of time. They also didn’t rush us after we’ve eaten even though they were very efficient with their service.<br/><br/>Ambience <br/>☆ ☆ ☆<br/>It more decorated and regal compared to other yumcha places. However, it was quite nosy and since it was in large hall all the noise seemed to echo making it hard to converse with all the background noise.<br/><br/>Overall 🍴<br/>☆ ☆ ☆ <br/>If it wasn’t for the Groupon voucher then I wouldn’t think that it was worth going to. Basing off the flyers there was also multiple specials throughout the week with the non yumcha menu.

Do NOT go to this restaurant! Save your money and go somewhere better. Cheap food but customer service was appalling. We ordered peeking duck and crabs. We had our first course of the duck and waited for the chopped duck to have with the rice but it took forever to come out only to know it was placed on someone else’s table!! 😡🤯 the other customer of 10 people ended up having some of the duck and once the waiters realised it was put on the wrong table and immediately took the duck back mind you after 10 mins and then walked towards our table ready to serve us the same plate. we saw it with our own two eyes. They knew that we saw it but still brought it to us! We asked the waiter if it’s been touched by the other people and she confirmed that’s when she said “yes” then we told her we didn’t want it cause the people of 10 has already eaten a third of it. Then 5 waiters came and gathered around our table thinking of what to do. Speaking in Chinese, mind you I’m asian too. Then they took it back to the kitchen, then we asked the manager what’s going on and she said she will bring us out a fresh new duck , as per her words “we are a big restaurant, we will give you a new one” WELL GUESS what looked like the same duck but presented on a different plate, we felt all of the duck and it was cold 🤦🏻‍♀️ we didn’t touch it after that. You can tell the manager was guilty cause she was stalking us to see if we would eat the duck then all of a sudden she had a brain snap cause she came and ripped the wet wipes in front of our face when we were still eating the crabs. GUILTY OR NOT!?? no apologies no nothing. The waiter asked if we wanted to take it home and we said nope. Then next thing she put it to the side, let me guess its staff meal lol Charity it is, DONT GO THERE, if you do be prepared to be disappointed!

Food was lovely. Service lacked abit. Went at a good time as it wasn’t to busy.

Came here for yum cha on a Sunday morning. Food was delicious, the century egg congee was especially good. <br/>Trolleys were quite quick to pass by us when we first sat down but after about 30 minutes we had to wait a while before they would pass us.
Ricky
Terrible service, rude staff, and average food at best. Considering the price, there are much better options in the area. Came here for Yum cha and waited more than 30 mins for any trolleys to come around
Helen Vuong
It was average and the seafood is definitely fresh (its brought to you alive to inspect) and a good price but it was so bland (particularly the XO crab with noodles) I would come again to try other items as its good value.

2 ⭐️ FOR YUM CHA<br/>I visited Golden Palace for yum Cha on a public holiday because all the other yum Chas had extensive waiting lines. I also had to wait up to an hour for a seat here and I was disappointed by the quality of the food. Considering how large and busy it was, I expected it to be quite decent. The food variety is very limited, the quality is bad compared to Vinh Phat and I feel like it’s quite an unclean eating area. The staff aren’t as patient and it takes ages to get service. For the price you have to pay, it’s just not worth it. <br/><br/>3 ⭐️ FOR SEAFOOD RESTAURANT<br/>I’ve also tried the seafood dishes here - the salted egg yolk prawn and ginger scallion crab with egg noodles as a base. Since it was my first ever time trying these dishes, I quite enjoyed it! I loved the prawns but for just 2 people, these dishes were too much to finish so we had to takeaway. The crab came out on its own initially so they took it back to add noodles. I thought it was a good dish but personally, it was just too messy to eat and I’m hopeless at eating crab properly 😫. I’d be keen to come back again and try it just for the seafood dishes but not for yum Cha.

I have held my wedding reception at Golden Palace Seafood Restaurant yesterday and have been contacting directly with Daniel directly to arrange all the necessary steps required by my guests. Not only did the package include special offers that are a bonus the more tables you order, but this restaurant is by far the easiest and most pleasant to negotiate around when things don’t go according to plan which really help cut down the headaches when planning a wedding. I was able to customise the menu, the order of the menu and cater for special dietary requirements so that my wedding runs smoothly.<br/><br/>The restaurant decoration may not be stunning, but the food and most customer service makes up for it. Excellent customer service is crucial when you want to plan for a wedding as the restaurant that gets the job done so you can have a lot less stress on your wedding and not stress about the finer details as they will look after it on the background. I strongly recommend you to consider them as choosing the venue for your wedding or special occasion. <br/><br/>Daniel’s team with special mention to Jun - the waitress was able to rearrange the seating of my guests on the last minute as lack of communication on my part resulted in the guests being mixed up on different tables. He ensured that the vegetarian and set course menus were served on time and appropriately when I advised him at the worst possible time on the wedding day at 7:30pm when food has been prepared and are being served to the guests. With no hesitation but a smile on his face with a can do attitude he was able to pull off a miracle in my eyes and ensure that no tummy’s were left empty and everyone who had the special orders were served. <br/><br/>Myself and my husband strongly appreciate all the hard work that you have done for us and you have made a loyal customer for life who strongly endorses your efforts in redefining what I consider excellent customer service.

Booked the place for a friend's graduation celebration dinner and when we got there, it took ages for them to take our order. Once we got our order, we asked if we could order some more and they got frustrated at us for ordering for different tables.<br/><br/>An hour later, the manager comes to us and said they've ran out of duck and pork. I don't understand why they didn't they tell us while we were ordering or earlier.

This place is located upstairs and has lots of seating. The staff are alright and the food is pretty average. It can be quite expensive given the small portions, but they have daily deals. The bathrooms are nice and clean too.

I love coming here for some live and cheap seafood! This is my go to place for when I get the lobster munchies - how could you say no when it’s at only ~$80/kg? The quality of the food is pretty good too. I can’t fault this place for the price you pay. I also love eating their silver perch since it’s so nice and oily, my favourite type of fish. The dressing is delicious and goes really well with the fish. Compared to its competitor, Vinh phat, the food may fluctuate in taste however like I said, for the price you pay... you’ll be leaving one happy chap! I would highly recommend trying the lobster here as you won’t find it cheaper anywhere else. The customer service is also pretty decent here for a Cantonese restaurant. We have become regulars and they are always very friendly and welcoming.

Went here last night for a late Chinese New Year dinner. We decided to go for the set menu ($498) which was a total rip off. The lobster came after the fried rice, noodles and abalone, not to mention the serving size was more suitable for 2 rather than 5 as advertised. The rest of the dishes lacked flavour and was overly simple. Half way through the meal we were also interrupted by lion dancers who blocked the entry and carried on for a good 20mins banging and drumming, and forcing patrons to give them money by handing out multiple red packets on your table. It felt like they were taking over the restaurant and the owners did nothing to intervene. <br/>I went for a peaceful meal, not to be disturbed by these thugs. <br/>I will never be returning to this restaurant after this horrendous experience.
Pam
Taste wise, this joint is actually one step above their competitor Vihn Phat. <br/><br/>The restaurant smelt delicious like they’re cooking lots of fresh seafood at the back. The ambience is pleasant and the staff are very friendly (although they can’t speak English). However, when my mum went, she disagreed and said it wasn't fresh so i'm unsure. <br/><br/>20% off weekdays is an amazing deal. Only spend $48 going all out with my boyfriend. That’s quite inexpensive for yum cha. <br/><br/>Would recommend the salt and pepper calamari, as it’s so crispy and tasty!
Mad Dawg
Went to this place on a Thursday night for dinner. We ordered the salted egg yolk crab and the peking duck set. The crab was fresh and the salted egg yolk spot on. The peking duck was average. Overall pricing was very reasonable.

In the day time it is Yum Cha and in the evening it is a seafood restaurant. Both their Yum Cha and restaurant food is delicious. The restaurant is really spacious. There are many helpful staff around. It is a great place if you want seafood at night. It is also suitable for quite a number of occasions including a wedding occasion, a family dinner or just a casual dining for Yum Cha.
Little Miss Hungry
Firstly I'll say the food was not bad. It was the poor service paired with no air conditioning that really affected my rating of the restaurant. I must mention that there was a wedding happening when we were there but I still expect reasonable service where I do not need to ask at least three times for water and have to ask them to collect my dirty plates from previous courses of the banquet. It was not an enjoyable experience but the food was decent.
Mary Tran
Great service and the food came out fresh and hot. You'd find your typical yum cha dishes here. The only downside was that the flat noodles in the bun cuon were slightly thicker than other places.
The Next Rush
Really enjoyed my prawn, scallop and pork dumplings and crab claws. All soooo meaty. Nice ambience with lots of room for large groups and a constant flow from the yum cha trolleys.
MSGCafeteria
This is a backlog review from Oct 2015.<br/><br/>Bottom line: epic seafood banquet, marred by music from another party/reception held simultaneously so we could not hear much (or any) of the wedding speeches. (hence 3.5 stars -> 3)<br/><br/>--------------------------------------------------------<br/><br/>In celebration of the nuptials between Mr&Mrs L, their reception was held at Golden Palace Seafood Restaurant, which is in the heart of Cabramatta. Having rarely ventured out to the area, it was a bit of an eye-opening experience to drive through and walk in the neighbourhood. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the building and the outside of the restaurant had been decorated as a massive photo-taking area so that guests could take photos with the bride and groom before they entered the restaurant.<br/><br/>By the time everyone arrived and was seated at their respective tables, it was well after 8pm and the courses of the Chinese Banquet (oh food... glorious food) was eventually served to guests...
Marlon Goldstein
Worst food ever. Ordered delivery for 4 of us. It arrived 20 min ago and is in the bin. Completely inedible. We are now making scrambled eggs. I won't have Chinese for a while after this. Completely put off
Mr Noel
My wife and I had Yum Cha here 4 dishes and 1 torfu fa desert.<br/>The food cart came around (only 2 x food carts) slowly and not a big selection.<br/>Food quality was average and on receiving the bill with a 20% reduction I paid $38.50 not exactly cheap. I asked the Lady (Manager ?) at the bar where I paid about why the bill showed 2 x something written in Chinese when we only had 1 each of 5 different things. She became rude to me and my wife so Golden Palace you just lost 2 regular customers.<br/>There are better choices in Cabramatta and Canley Vale where they look after customers.
Itz Etz
Very friendly service and plenty of food. If you like to mix and match this is the place for you whilst you spin the table top to get your asian hit of food and spices.
Kat
Went here for yum cha on the weekend at around 12pm and got a table straight away. They had a good selection of food with some unusual ones. The dumplings all seemed to be hand made and were steaming hot and delicious.
The Sojourner
This has been our family yumcha go to for a decade. Whenever we craved yumcha, we would readily visit this restaurant. It's the only yumcha I know and I love it mainly because it feels so familiar.<br/><br/>Pros: reasonably priced. Great food!<br/><br/>Cons: the Chinese broccoli takes awhile to get. Parking can be frustrating. We always avoid it on any special holidays because it's unbearably busy.
It's CAKe Time
The Top Line: The last time I came to this yum cha was at least 5 years ago, and since then it has undergone an ownership change and restaurant restructure, but the basic concept has remained – a stereotypical Chinese seafood restaurant by night, yum cha by day. The Review: Going for Tuesday yum cha was very quiet. Less than half the tables in this big restaurant were filled up and there were a few lonely trolleys circling the place. We had tea upon arrival but waited quite a while for a food trolley to wander over, therefore, the first thing we ate was outstandingly delicious because we were keen and hungry.

Definitely check out the har gau here, the servings are quite large for what you get but unfortunately as others have mentioned the food carts do indeed take quite a while to come around. That would probably be their only downfall as the food is excellent.
FoodsterAu
I've only been here for their Yum Cha and I do recommend it. The premises is massive so the wait for seats is very minimum. The only downside with massive places like this is their customer service lacks... they dont hire enough staff to cater for so many customers. Secondly.. you dont get as many carts coming to you during yum cha as you'd like because they tend to go in a specific route and if you get seated in a slightly weird location then theres less food choices. If you manage to get hold of the staff then you can place an order with them. Generally they havent been too bad with requests. When you get the bill, you have to make your own way to the counter where everyone is trying to pay as well. Bit of a fight sometimes with the amount of people but if you wanted to be seated quick then this place isnt too bad. Also the food itself is pretty decent as well and the pricing is average.

Very big disappointment. My mum gave my family a Groupon voucher (under $40) she purchased for this restaurant, claiming to be worth $118 for 2 people for 6 courses. There was no way the dishes served to us was worth what they claimed - the servings were very small & the quality was very bad and bland. The restaurant itself looked very old & dirty. What a waste of money my mum had spent. The food wasn't worth paying $30 for not even worth the petrol. We would get better tasting food from a food court.
Natasha Juchkov (Culinary Runway)
I have been coming here for years, many wedding receptions have been had here and to this day it is still one of my favourite yum cha spots in Sydney. Friendly staff (it's always a plus if you know Chinese), good prices and excellent variety in foods. They even have mango pancakes now which I love! Although they have changed names a few times, their menu remains relatively the same with a range of new and classic yum cha dishes like pork ribs, chicken feet, sweet tofu and custard tarts just to name a few.

Terrible. Do yourself a favour and avoid this restaurant.. My little sister was craving Peking Duck and since this restaurant was extremely close by her tutor mum decided we have dinner there. Not having spent much time with the family I decided I'd go. Let's just say it was a bad experience and even when I suspected extra charges I didn't want time give the employees a hard time so I gave it a blind eye. This was not only to mention how much my dad criticised the food on flavour and value. We ended up ordering 5 dishes, Peking Duck, Crab with noodles, Steamed Oysters, Fried Rice and Fried Squid, with beverages a VB and a Jar of sprite. Beverages were 15, $5 for Vb and $10 for the jar of sprite. On the menu a whole Peking duck was 39.80, Crab for around 14 per kilo, Fried Rice around 14, Steamed oysters assuming around 20 for half a dozen and fried squid probably around 15 - which would ultimately total to up around $120, The bill was a whooping 193.40. They even got my change wrong when I gave them 200 - the woman only handed me 6.30 - another .30 short. Honestly don't come here because you won't even get an explanation if you even try - their English is like those of 5 year olds. As for me, this restaurant is one I would never dine at again.
Jakeekhan
Beware of hidden charges. I came for the dinner at the restaurant tonight. When paying the bills the price was different to what found on the table's menu. I spoke to the manager and he could not even point out the price for my dish in the menu..and it was a simple vegetable dish not something unordinary. The price for the seafood was also different and all they said were they havent changes all the prices on the table. I am furious about this!
Helen | Grab Your Fork
Mud crab for one doesn't sound too ludicrous when you check out the prices. On weekends, the current price for mud crab is $29.60 per kilo but during the week that drops to $21.60. After ordering, the live mud crabs are brought out for you to inspect before they're sent to the kitchen. Live coral trout The live coral trout gets a cursory inspection too.
DroolWorthyWorld
The first thing you notice when you enter Golden Palace is the vastness of the restaurant. Gold napkins and gold laced chairs are located at each table.
Snapshots Of Food
Yum Cha is my weekly Sunday tradition (maybe once every month as it's pretty oily!). Yum Cha by day and a Seafood Restaurant by night (pretty common nowadays or so I've observed from Cabramatta). The sesame ball dessert was delicious - great balance between sweet and savoury! We ordered two dishes to take away! Ahh, don't you love sitting down knowing how messy/dirty your bowl and dish would be by the end of the meal  Stamp stamp stamp away please!  I think the tea was infused with pandan. It was really addictive. Tea is great to balance all the fatty elements from yum cha!
Jambon Cochon
There’s a sense of senility about this place that can’t be hidden by a lick of paint, new chairs or a menu tweak. Lit only by nostalgia and wishful thinking, its doors close for the night only for it to open the next day so it can give it its last hurrah – whenever that may be.<br/>
Weekendfoodescapes
It's tasty, cheap and has that special yum cha touch. You have trolley ladies who speak very little english and there are random tvs with MTV China in the background.  It's a bit more polished now but I still like it.

The Golden Star Palace Chinese Restaurant is where my family and I go for Yum Cha most of the time when we come to Cabramatta, either this place or Vinh Phat. The spacious interior can house enough guests for a wedding function, and the lovely interior decor puts the royal "palace" touch in Golden Star Palace.
Noodlies
Golden Star has opened up a new Yum Cha place right on John Street, so we thought we'd give it a go. The food is just as nice as the old place, not surprisingly, however, they seem to be running it on skeleton staff, which meant dishes were slow, empty tr
I Ate My Way Through
The har cheong fun prawn rice noodle rolls were brilliant too; I especially loved that they didn’t skimp on the soy sauce dressing!...Most of the other dishes were fairly good, just not extraordinary. However, the revamp earlier this year makes Golden Palace an extremely promising yumcha option. We were impressed with both the food and service.
Dot
Terrible service, overpriced. The positive: nice decor, huge venue. Unfortunately it stops there. I came here for yum cha at lunch with my family and had a very bad experience. Some of the food we were served was cold and the service was absolutely terrible. A good yum cha restaurant would have the staff with the trolleys going to every table and asking if we want to be served. Some of the staff here seem to be lazy/rude and just skip some tables - they blatantly walked past us even when we asked them to come to our table so we can have some food. We were not the only one experiencing this - some tables around us also were ignored. Do they not want our money?? We just paid our bill after getting sick of being ignored and went home still hungry. Never returning again.

Disgusting and dirty!. This yum cha place is absolutely disgusting! I would not recommend this place at all! Management I have seen is just atrocious and does not sit with australian standards in a workplace. Food is just horrible, poor service and I can bet that the food here is just recycled and dealt with low health standards. This business deserves to close! Such disgusting food does not deserve to be served on a table. Dodgy things happen when they start deleting negative feedbacks!

Mrs KLee.

Really pissed me off tonight! My bf & I bought Groupon deal dinner for 2 for $39. We didn't received the salt & pepper king prawns, we waited for more than an hour & the waitress told us that we already received it & went to talk to the manager. The manager refused to see us & avoided us. We suspected that he gave our dish to another table. Our fried rice went cold while we were waiting. Don't ever go to this restaurant! Stay away!

Don't waste your time and money. Restaurant is actually called Golden Palace now. Went here last night hoping for a nice family dinner. Food was very average and pretty bland, service was terrible and they overcharged us ($100) for lobster and then when we complained about it, they still calculated it incorrectly and gave us back ($60) with no apology. DO NOT COME HERE
