Delicious food and exceptional service, despite how busy it was. Really unique decor/cutlery and interesting experience of being attached to the art gallery next door. We ordered the beef short rib (soft and melts off the bone), prawns (amazing crispy flavour, my favourite dish), oysters (super fresh), brussel sprouts (delicious!) and spectacular dark chocolate mousse for dessert. They did not miss a beat and every dish was truly superb. If you only have a few nights in Cairns, do your tastebuds a favour and enjoy a meal here pronto. You will not be disappointed.

Food was all very tasty. Crispy chicken was juicy and delicious. The deep Fried ice cream is a must get! Service wasn’t great though. Had to wait long time to order our food.

They have been a pleasure to work with, they do look after the Artist in every way. Iefje and her team have lifted my career as an artist, putting my work on an International platform, with collectors from many many countries, having work sent to them from out of Cairns. Tasty food and desserts, I think next time I would sit inside to get more of the vibe, we went on a Saturday night and they were quite busy but we didn't have to wait too long for the food to arrive. The wait staff were friendly too.

This restaurant/bar is amazing. Best food, service and cocktails in Cairns. The flavours and food combinations are perfect and leave you wanting more. The service by all staff (including the owner) was amazingly welcoming and genuine. After only tasting one of their cocktails we were hooked. This place is fantastic. The customer centred service, selection of wine, contemporary cuisine was to die for. The mojito weren't too shabby either. Had a brilliant night. Try the coral trout and slaw you won't be disappointed

Firstly, the space is awesome - very cool industrial vibe, full of colourful art and quirky pieces. The wine list is extensive and the food was presented beautifully and tasted fantastic! All in all, a most excellent experience!

Fusion is a fab venue for any occasion, it boast a relaxed ambience. The staff were infallible. The Tapas were tasty morsels of goodness, with exciting menu choices it was hard to choose just a few plates, the cocktails were delicious I was tempted to work my way from top to bottom with the list!
I know I'll be back and I am excited about it!!
