Quirky little European restaurant that dabbles in a bit of Asian cuisine as well. Offerings are old school but made with care and seasoned and cooked well. Meal sizes are quite generous and good value for what you get.
Service was quite formal but nice and welcoming. Decor is a little chintzy and fun. I would be happy to come back again.

My husband took me here for my birthday & it was absolutely devine! I had the duck with the delectable sauce & hubby had bouillabaisse which was a gem! The staff were superb. They also have specials on certain nights so why don't you take yourself down to Edge Hill & treat yourself to some fine cuisine!

Fantastic restaurant. We had the special entree, 4 different mains and could not fault it. Best pork belly in Cairns. The service was A1, attendive not overbearing, professional and polite.
They also have the best Mango cocktail in town!

The service was excellent and the food was perfect. We had the cured salmon and bruschetta for entree and duck a l'orange and beef eye fillet for mains. Everything was beautifully cooked and presented. It's not often you come across great service so it's worth mentioning. We will be back.

Excellent service and sensational food bursting with flavour, even with the last bite! Duck was Devine and veggies risotto was beautiful. Great atmosphere and we will be back again for more of this fabulous international cuisine!

Food was great. But the crazy waiter with the hat was slightly unhinged. Rude, controlling and didn't listen. He even pretended he didn't understand us when we asked 4 time how big the steak was. He kept saying 'It's a big meal' After the 4th time when we were looking towards the door to walk out, he said '250grms'. Not a big slab.... He said we could split the bill and found it very hard understand when we wanted to split food and drinks.. He was actually such a joke, it could have been a comedy movie. Won't be going back. A shame, coz it's out of the city and the food is good. But don't need to be patronised when your paying top dollar

Fine dining here. We only weren't super impressed with their prawn and crab risotto as the parmesan taste was a little too strong. But everything else was delicious.

This place is amazing! Fine dining experience at an affordable price. Food was cooked to perfection, service couldn't have been better and the atmosphere was lovely. The staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back.

Valentines day special dinner, first drink order wrong!! luckily what was delivered was good. entree and main course not too bad asked if we wanted desert yes why not, 20 minutes later asked where was desert? just a few minutes, 40 minutes later later asked again waitress did not even come back, decided to pay the bill and not worry about the desert, was ignored at the counter, 50 minute whilst standing waiting to pay the bill desert arrived!!!!! sorry too late mind you it did look impressive.

5 of us friends do lunch every week at a different place, and at Xmas time we like to go somewhere a little nicer, we are all so happy with Linga Longa, Food was great, My Margarita's were amazing and the cheapest in town, Xmas song playing in the background added to our wonderful experience, we will be back for sure, great service.

Everything about Linga Longa is 5 star. Always a warm greeting, fantastic service, great ambience. Then there's the food. I haven't tried the whole menu, but between me and my husband Nick it's got to be pretty close, and of course the specials board. Never had a bad meal, not even an average meal, we have waddled out content and impressed every time. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

What an awesome dining experience tonight ... good company .. good old fashion service ..couldn't do enough for us.... immaculate table presentation ... music not too loud so you can still talk even with a restaurant full of people ... the food was AMAZING .. thank you for an enjoyable evening. . Will be back next time in Cairns ❤
