Sushi Train - Cairns - Photo album

Friendly staff, quick service when needing a booth amd more water. Clean environment. The QR code at tables make it easy to order sushi plates we wanted. Wait time was 10mins for seat, not too bad.
Fast and efficient service, and good digital ordering system.
I frequent all the Sushi Trains dotted around Cairns. They are always fantastic. Staff are always there to help and are super friendly. Sushi Train is a staple in my life, and of course can't recommend them enough.
Worst restaurant experience I've ever had, let alone sushi. The place was an absolute mess, rice and food on the tables, seats and conveyor, called for service/drinks through the app twice with no staff attendance, though watched the staff attend another table that was seated 5 mins after I was. All
At 8pm we got told they are only offering takeaway, the sign says open until 9pm, then after we had decided what we wanted to order, we were then told they were only offering takeaways from the train... Poor service and the care factor of the staff was non existent.
Provides fast, satisfactory Japanese-western-fusion plated nibbles and meals for a convenient lunch or dinner. There are both lower- and higher-quality Japanese options in the centre, but none can match the convenience or range.
I feel like the quality is going down hill. The prices are just too high and they only have one or two $3 plates. The majority or plates all $5. The rolls themselves are poorly constructed and the ratio of rice to filling is wrong. I would like to find a good sushi place in town and this is not it
Recent- I really like the new look. We ordered specific dishes, as well as eating from the train. We also had bubble tea. Table service was a little slow, but food and drinks were great! We will definitely come here again. Previous-We visited Sushi Train in Earlville. Food was fresh and delicious. L
