One of my favourite places to go for Gelato. I believe that this is the best gelato in town. The vegan sorbets are 👌👌👌!!! Their variety of flavours are so creative and delicious. Definitely a must visit place if you are in town

If you want authentic Italian gelato then this is the place for you. I had the Amarena (cherry) and Bailey's, hubby had Peppermint with Amarena. Best gelato place in town!

Absolutely delicious gelato! So satisfying and exactly what we were craving tonight! Thank you so much for wrapping our ice cream tubs to ensure they survived the 20 minute walk back to our hotel. They made it safely and were a perfect way to end our evening! I would’ve posted photos, but the gelato was so delicious that it was gone before we had the chance! I will definitely be back when I visit Cairns again. Highly recommend Gelocchio. Thanks again 😊

Disappointed, we have been going to Gelocchio every Friday as a family after dinner for a while. We love the ice cream and have always been happy with the size but for some reason in the last month the lady who is currently working there on Friday and serves us each week is making our ice creams smaller and smaller even though we order the same size! Not happy.
I actually questioned my son tonight when he handed me my ice as to whether he had asked for a kids size it looked so small!

The pistachio gelato reminded me of my trip to Venice.
In my humble opinion this has been the best gelato I have experienced in Australia.
The girl working Sasha I think? Was exceedingly professional in her knowledge of this dessert and was polite and respectful.

Came here for the good reviews but was disappointed. I got 3 flavours: hazelnut (or something similar as I can't recall the exact name. The best of the three flavours but I wasn't WOWed either), dairy free chocolate (alright but nothing crazy, I've tested some much better in terms of flavour), pistachio (not good, doesn't taste nor look like pistachio - I even ask the person if that was the right one as it looked like vanilla). The person serving seemed disinterested to a point it felt almost like disrespectful. He might have had a bad day and wouldn't expect am over smiling and super cheerful person if that was the case but I can tell you I left thinking "what the hell was that!?" Given the good reviews I'm sure this could be a wrong time/wrong day kind of experience but that wasn't great for sure - and saw recent another review saying the same.
