Brilliant little Chinese restaurant, we ate in the restaurant and loved the food! Was actually quite sad to see how quiet it was given how friendly the staff were and how nice the food was.
One minor bit of feedback - Restaurant needs a bit of background music or something on in the evening, when we went there were only 3 x tables taken, the place was quiet as the grave and it made you feel like you couldn't talk above a whisper. We could literally hear every word of the conversations on the neighbouring tables, even though they were whispering!

While on holiday in Cairns, my husband and I decided to google Chinese restaurants and purchase some takeaway meals.
There were several restaurants listed. I was glad that I chose to go to Kee Kong Chinese Restaurant which wasn't far from our accommodation.
My meal of pork in plum sauce was absolutely delicious. My husband had sweet and sour chicken. He was very happy with it.
There were heaps of vegies in both meals and the servings were plentiful. We also purchased a large fried rice which was fresh and tasty.
We would certainly recommend this restaurant for their takeaway meals, for anyone visiting Cairns.

Group of 6. Barely a smile from the waitress. Cheap dodgy " house wine" main meal of prawns was served swimming on the plate by a ton of water..broccoli still hard. Don't even go for the supposed combination of fried rice..very very very basic disappointing meal

One of the best Chinese restaurants around. Excellent food, value for money. Service is excellent. I recommend deep fried icecream for dessert.
