Good location on the waterfront within the Hilton Hotel. Interior is nice and so is the view. However I ordered spaghetti and was surprised to see that the portion size was equivalent or less than the child size portion we serve at the restaurant I work at. It quite literally took me 1.5 minutes to eat it and I was still hungry so I had to go somewhere else to order dinner of sufficient size. And the taste was pretty average so it wasn’t enough to make up for the small portion size.

This restaurant is in the Hilton Hotel and is based in the breakfast area. I have visited for dinner and have to say I was fully disappointed. The service is poor lacking thr standards you would expect even from the most basic restaurant. The food is basic and very much over priced.
The staff are not good at there good and at one point for more than 15 mins there was no server at all in the dining area.
I would suggest this place is bedt avoided the Mondo Bar downstairs serves better food at more reasonable prices.

We went there for New Yeara Eve, the menu was great, food was very good but the service was outrageous. 2h30 into the dinner we still didn’t order the desserts... there was only 2 waiters for a full dining room, they were understaffed and the two waiter there was not efficient at all even if they were nice. Dinner was a dreadful experience despite good meals, a shame..
Cairns Local
As the restaurant inside the Hilton Hotel, you might expect something classier. Prepare to be underwhelmed: overpriced, uninspired Italian. $23 Spaghetti bolognese. The pizzas are reasonably good, with charred chewy thin bases- but again pretty standard options. There are so many other better Italian places in Cairns(Piccolo Cucina, Bellocale, Alessandro’s and more) the only reason to come here is if you are staying at the hotel.

The Pizza is very good and the waiters are friendly. The restaurant lacks atmosphere. Playing U2 music the whole evening just isn't very 'Italian'. Management of the restaurant requires improvement.
