I would never consider myself a Korean Food expert, and I’ve only been to Seoul once for a 36hour layover. From the white guy with limited exposure to authentic Korean food I can this is a great place. Add to the fact that I love Thai milk tea and can get it from the restaurant next door and this place is a winner.
This place has a sketchy appearance and is very informal, but has great food at a fair price.

Excellent food for the price. The staff are friendly and they bring water right away. I ordered the bulgogi and was impressed with the portions. Definitely satisfying and filling, and the price is excellent - can't stress this enough - possibly best in Cairns!

Super friendly staff that are very accommodating to vegetarians. We ordered a dish that normally has fish and the staff gave us extra dumplings and noodles as a substitute for the fish. Huge portions without any degradation to quality makes the food well worth the price.

The bibimbap was great, one of the best I had in a long time. Prices are very fair, plate sizes fairly big and the owners are very friendly too. I'd be a regular if I lived in Cairnes.

Reminds me of the Korean restaurant I used to work at: they make bibimbap RIGHT! Cold veggies, warm runny egg, great sauce too.

Lived in Korea for 5 years. Not authentic but if you just want a quick bite to eat and you don't mind sitting at the table on the sidewalk. Not bad, but not great.
