It is good, liked the food and service. Were a bit overstretched in terms of staff availability due to a private birthday party but it did not impact the service, our food arrived fast.

What a great spot for that afternoon/evening drink. The afternoon tropical sea breeze blows across the shaded deck with views across the Esplanade and the bay. You can easily spend hours here and if you would like a meal they have a great menu. Generous serves, the kid meals especially. My 90 year old father devoured the Penne Bolognese. The service was exceptional, only the one bartender and he was fantasic. The respect and courtesy he showed towards my father in assisting him down the stairs was heartwarming to us all.

The worst food I have ever tasted. Half the ingredients were missing, the rice was dried up.. It was disgusting . And I was the second person to complaint in half an hour

Went here with a group of friends to celebrate joint birthdays. Gorgeous venue.
Ordered food at 6.37pm.
Recieved husband's $18 toastie an hour later .
Recieved my tapas platter which I was sharing at 830 (after i enquired about it)
Received my bread for tapas at 9pm.
At no point prior to delivering did staff apologize for long wait . I was rudely told when I enquired "we've got no ramekins ".
By the way the platters were outrageously expensive.
$20 corkage on wine didn't impress anyone either.

Can't say we will be going back anytime soon. Thought we would check the place out before dinner Friday night. Place was not busy & looked wonderful. We ordered a bread platter & 2 glasses of wine which cost a small fortune. There were 4 groups of people & we waited ages. when we enquired we were told our platter went to the wrong table. We had to get our money back as we were due at another venue for dinner where we paid less for 3 meals then we did for a platter & wine here. Great venue & atmosphere though.

It was absolutely brilliant. The platter we had was awesome. My type of food. Maybe some char grilled meats as well for a suggestion. But we will be back and will get a bigger platter next time and with more people. I can't wait ���

The perfect spot for a late afternoon/ early evening drink. Beautiful wines, marvellous view over the Esplanade and plenty of space to spread out and feel like the place is all yours. Service is great. The food is light and just right.

Whether it’s a function gathering or a private get together, the vine room totally blew me away. I just couldn’t believe that there was still hidden sofisticated but simple hide away still left in Cairns. I’m very impressed.

Hands up ! � finally gave a go to the Vine room on Monday and I regretted so much it wasn’t sooner ! The service was nice, attentive and friendly, massive terrasse with exquisite vue on the esplanade, great selection of beers and wines ( of course) and ACTUALLY good value for the board, the cheeses were top quality ! Will definitely return again.

Love this place, great spot! Had the Hipster Board which was fantastic and can't fault, compliments to the chef and team! Great Atmosphere and friendly staff! Look forward to visiting again soon!

$10 corkage per bottle of wine, not disclosed,l to us initially, and then they just dump the wine on the table. Service was lacking. Waited 20 mins in an empty venue to be served after being told it was table service only to have to go in and order ourselves.
As locals, we were really dissapointed and we wont be back.

Very cool set up overlooking the water on the Cairns eslpanade that has a very relaxed comfortable vibe.
Great selection of platters, nice list of wines to choose from and they are offering a small range of craft beers as well as the domestic and imported favourites.

The staff were very friendly and efficient, the wines and corkage well priced, the evening and company were perfect. Only slight criticism was the platters took a little too long to come out but when they did they were delicious. Will definitely be back.!
