Was served by this lovely girl on Saturday, she had floral tattoos on her right arm. She was really quick and professional and really lovely. She made the sub really well and put the perfect amount of toppings. Props to her for having really good customer service.

Absolutely horrible experience. Got my subway through online order, picked it up and went to eat it out, then realised they had completely gotten the order wrong. Just ate it because we couldn’t be bothered to go fix it. Went back afterwards with photo evidence, receipts and all necessary information for a refund, only to be greeted by nasty staff. They openly admitted to mixing up some orders, yet refused to give us a refund at all, because we ‘hadn’t brought the subways back’. Talked to them further and turns out their manager has to ‘file an investigation’ and they can only get back to us by tomorrow. What a load of bullcrap - will never be going back again.

Been coming here regularly and the manager has always been awesome. There’s new junior girls who have been hired who really dont know what they are doing. Put 3 pieces of shredded cheese on my sub and told me that’s what is allowed. Put lettuce on my sub which i did not ask for as I hate it and did not have the courtesy to even remove it properly. I asked for 2 sauces and got half a line of each one. Was too scared to ask for more sauce as i expected to hear ‘not allowed’ for that as well. I will come back to discuss this with the manager.

I'm abit torn writing this. I went into subway today around lunchtime. It was busy. Line almost out the door and as people left the line more joined so it was consistantly busy. There were only 3 staff working. So I was in line for about 15 minutes. Getting my subs took probably another 5-8 minutes. Now that isn't my issue. The girls were all working as fast as they could and they were doing an amazing job with the quality of subs they were producing. My issue was with the manager/shift supervisor. She was an older woman. Now she seemed super mindful of making sure customers were okay but I didn't like how she treated the 2 girls she was working with. She kept trying to correct and micromanage them as they were serving customers. I've worked in management positions before. Of course - if staff need help and training, give it to them. But please choose an appropriate time. I don't think it's productive to stand by staff and correct them and tell them they've done things wrong while the store is full of customers and the staff are busy. 1 - it takes longer for them to serve us. 2- it needlessly embarrasses them when you are correcting them as they are trying to interact with a customer. Now for those reading - may I clarify, it was clear these girls weren't 'trainees' who needed constant supervision. Perhaps they were new, but they knew what they were doing and were working fast enough that no customers left the store or were annoyed at the time wait. But I was super disappointed with management. Rather than focus on serving customers and helping the line move along, she spent far too much time micromanaging the girls. I think it would have been a better experience for customers and staff if she had waited until the customers had left THEN mentioned to her staff the things that needed to be amended in future. 5 stars to those girls working today. It was busy, they did a great job with the subs and they had to work while being micromanaged.

I Ordered a BLT six inch. The young male said he could not put any salads on the six inch due to its price. He said it only comes with lettuce tomotaoe only. I have got BLT at many subways it always comes with a full choice of salads. The guy was rude, unprofessional and plain nasty. It happened at 7:55pm on 18th Feb 2022.

Waited 23mins for service, limited bread left, staff were friendly but obviously needing more at peak dinner times
