I happen to enjoy my meal tonight. However I witnessed the most disgusting service of 2 lovely seniors ever. They were seated next to my wife and I. Before I go further we requested a menu on entrance and was provided with a menu. The seniors spoke with the waitress and she advised them, they must scan the scan code located on the table to order. They willingly attempted, the husband (I assume) turned the phone to the wife (I assume) to ask what she wanted to order, it was obvious the lady could not see the menu. The gentleman ( well in 80s I assume ) got up and walked around the table to show his lady the phone.
This was for a few minutes to which they decided to leave. That’s not the whole issue, the issue is the waitress that seated them, was rude not understanding or courteous at all. We requested to speak to the manager from a staff member to which, we were told that is the manager. The same manager that spent most of our dining time on her phone, walking around like she was unstoppable.
Tonight’s actions bored on elder abuse, harassment.
The food was good.

Stayed here for a night with my husband rooms were great and we decided to go for dinner at the tavern. Had to order through your phone and it won’t let you confirm order until you give them at tip. why would I give you a tip when all you have done is show me how to order my own food on my phone? Ridiculous, this isn’t America.
Food was disgusting! the worst battered fish I have ever eaten. Batter was soggy and oily and couldn’t eat it

Staff were very hospitable but the food lacked. Chicken Parma was clearly out of a box and the tomato sauce from a bottle. Unsure if that’s the style here? Maybe the steaks are better

Great concert with Daniel Champagne. Thanks for the event. Really bad structure organization, no chairs, people had to run to grab chairs, tall tables in front of everyone, othe people had to sat on the floor.... Please try to organize better next time. Thanks!

After today's effort I will NEVER be back. I have eaten here many times and tolerated the food but today's effort was nothing short of disgusting.
Processed chicken schnitzel to "keep the prices down" is not a good enough excuse for bad food.
I have to admit I have had good food at this establishment in the past - including chicken schnitzels with great toppers - where did they go so wrong?
As a small business owner I would really go out of my wait to keep customers happy.
I gave the manager my card - will keep you informed as to whether I receive a response - I doubt it.

This is our go to place, for a quick bite to eat, never over crowded in the dining room, just how we like it. Good menu, friendly staff, good pub grub at pub prices..

This is my partner and I's go to place for a steak when i cbf cooking it myself. always deliver and has never let us down. Nothing really fancy but the food has brought us back at least half a dozen times. Oh, and they're faster than Road Runner and Sonic when it comes to plating up your food, we never wait long. The staff appear pretty happy whilst they work too, so thats a plus to how it's managed.

Service was great, food came out fast but food was terrible. I got a parmi & has the teaxture of a rubber thong, hubby got battered fish that was flavorless. And the salad?! Lettuce, cabbage & half of a cherry tomatoe each?? Not returning for a meal again.

Firstly the waitress set the table for 20 people when we asked for 22 and got an attitude when we asked for an extra 2 sittings.
Second, we asked for the special salmon with passion fruit salad and wanted to add a side of chip, the woman took off the passion fruit salad and gave her a normal salad and chips.
Third a trainee kept mixing up the tables and we got someone else garlic bread and she tried to give us another persons food as well. Not only did this interrupt our table, also the other people who’s food would of had to have been remade.
Also, your Valentine’s Day sign has a grammar error. It is Treat YOUR special someone, not, Treat YOU’RE

3 out of the last 4 weeks they haven't had XXXX gold on ice . i have complained about it and no listens so 3 times i have walked out and gone to another pub . my advice is stay away from this place because they don't care about their patrons .

Don't know where all these folks have been dining but I thought it was fab!!!! The bistro is clean and nice, the menu is great and the staff can't do enough for you. I can't fault the service or the food! Keep up the good work Lisa and staff .

Attended multiple shows, cannot hear any artists past the first 5-6 people. Would not recommend as a live venue.
