Moku Bar & Grill is part of the Novotel Oasis Resort in Cairns. The restaurant itself is overlooking there beautiful tropical themed pool area. The ambience of the restaurant was modern and relaxing. The staff were attentive, friendly and prompt. Food choices were excellent. We had the Brisket
Good quality for a hotel restaurant. We went there for a quick lunch and were positively surprised by their salads, on a different day we enjoyed some (very yummy and very loaded) nachos with a beer.
Breakfast buffet is excellent. 5 stars.

Had a smoked lamb shank devoid of the sauce. It was well cooked but not a dinner winner.
Had a lot of smoked foods but not ribs or wings.

This place has outsourced all the customer service to the customers themselves. From having to place my order electronically to being tasked with investigating where it was 45 minutes after I'd placed it, I basically had to take command of this mediocre dining experience just to get it to commence
