The fish and calamari were good. The chips were old and had been refried a few times ruined the meal would have been better if they just threw the old chips out and cooked a fresh batch.

Delicious fresh fish and chips, fantastic! Generous portions, beautifully cooked by super friendly and welcoming staff. Wife and I had the mackerel and chips, massive fillet, light and crispy batter, (or crumbed if you prefer), lemon wedge, wrapped in it’s little own cardboard container so no sogginess, and a really nice portion of fries. The burgers looked amazing as well. We’ll be back for certain. Thank you to the team at Mulgrave Seafood. 🤤😀

Worst seafood place in cairns, rude staff who doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. Waste of money as I ended up throwing everything in bin, chips were soggy and fish was average, I wish I could give them zero star. Do not recommend at all

Went there for uber pick up and asked to order some food for myself which I was going to pick up later on but she replied rudely, NO YOU CAN’T ORDER while doing trips, I said, I’ll pick up later and she started making faces and say some stuff that I couldn’t hear but yes, please avoid this place if you don’t wna treated like this…..Other lady seems nice though. Next day, went for uber pick up again and she literally threw that food bag infornt of me and used abusive language, left the place without saying a word to that stupid lady👎👎

By far worst food I have ever had. I don't think they have ever changed the oil in the deep fryer and the oysters were off so we had to throw them away. Very disappointed staff were just rude

Absolutely 💯 should avoid, birds flying in and out landing on the front counter, place looks like it has never seen a mop and if there's an issue of any kind the staff will quickly blame you and treat you like trash. I strongly believe qld health would shut the place down if they actually investigated this place. Go to the place across from tobruk Pool on sheridan St it's clean honestly a whole level above this dump

Fish and chips cooked perfectly. I have had a few bad experiences in Cairns with Fish and Chips however this place is delish! 1 out of 4 of my oysters was very tiny, the rest fine but all were cooked perfectly.

Curly haired boy glared at me as I walked in, horrible odour. Felt very uncomfortable. Food was fine, nothing special, frozen and not fresh. Left quickly. You’re better off with supermarket food.
