Some updates from the restaurant: • BREAKFAST BUFFET every morning 6:30 - 9:30 AM. • Seafood Buffet NO LONGER AVAILABLE on Dinner. My humble opinion: • Ala carte menu is very tasty and generous in portion. • Fresh barramundi grilled or battered everyday, worth the price. • Wants to have many kind of pizza flavour? Ask for half n half pizza 🍕. Comes in a large size cut into 8 slices, yumm! BBQ Chicken Pizza n Vegetarian Pizza is my all time most favourite duo 🤤🤤 • Burger n Chips was kicking! With thick patty, fresh burger salad n the so called twisted potato wedges aka crispy Sidewinders drizzled with aioli on buns. Oh My God! • I would like to recommend to have it dine in for the best food experience. • Get your local privilege discount and Priority Guest Rewards on drink by simply adding the foods on side. • Booking is necessary on (07) 4044 9053. PS: Come at 4 PM - 6 PM for the happy hour $5/glass on house wine n beers.

Come here often, if only for the Sirloin steak. Cooked to perfection in a quiet comfortable setting. Even on busy nights, staff are very professional and attentive.

Wonderful, leisurely dinner off the a la carte menu with a fantastic Margaret River Chardonnay. Very busy, but the service was great.

we stayed at the Rydges and had breakfast daily (which was pretty good) and one buffet dinner. the dinner was a little disappointing, with some quite average food but a few options. i don't think it's good value unless you like oysters.

Hard to rate this restaurant as we stayed at the hotel and just had desert after a day out. Was very disappointing the Sunday was a let down and not worth $12.

Breakfast is decent, but pricey for what you get. Would love to see a bigger variety of options available. The didn't even have mushrooms or scrambled eggs available last time we went. Freshly made omelettes were good, though.

The buffet is absolutely amazing. Everything you want fresh seafood and meat cooked in front of you how you like it. The chefs do a amzing job of managing your dish and expectations. Have to recommend the garlic prawns and the beef with a little extra seasoning. Plenty of juice if you dont feel like a book of drinks. Enjoyed my meal.

As this restaurant was conveniently located in our hotel, naturally we decided to dine here on a Wednesday evening. <br/>There were 2 options, from the menu or a seafood buffet. While my partner and I weren't too keen on the seafood we ordered the Lamb 2 Ways and the Beef Cheeks, a la carte. <br/>My partner's beef cheeks were excellent and he very much found it to be good value for money and prepared beautifully. Myself on the other half found $40 for two small pieces of lamb, over cooked on over mashed potatoe mash was very expensive. It wasn't terrible, but I was disheartened as I had expected more food and cooked to a higher standard.<br/>For dessert we both enjoyed $14pp buffet which ranged from unlimited ice cream, toppings, cakes and coffees. This was much to our satisfaction, and a small saving grace. <br/>The service seemed a little inexperienced, and when we ordered a second round of beers, the bill came 10mins later before any drinks had arrived. We assumed they weren't coming, asked for there deletion from the bill, but with some confusion they came after payment and had to be sent away due to a long wait. Again, not terrible but not excellent. <br/>

We went to CHB for my daughter's birthday and it's an overall great experience. For this AYCE dinner, it's easy to book. We booked when we were still in Victoria. But you will also need to call the restaurant after the booking confirmation via Dimmi. It has quite a variety of cold dishes, Oysters, Crab and prawns. For the living cooking selections, you have Calamari, peeled prawns, fish, steak etc and you get to see they are cooked in front of you. the service is great. Our daughter got some free books/stickers to play as they got bored. Parking is easy just off the street as long as long you don't come too late. The only setback for me is that it doesn't have Chinese Dim sim or Sushi. It will be a big plus if they add these options. Overall I would recommend this place!!

I would have given this a 5 but for the frozen state of the poor crabs in the chilled section of the buffet. We did however really enjoy the concept of having our seafood (in this instance chilli prawns) cooked whilst we waited. The prawns were cooked to perfection. An added bonus for me was the addition of the roasted potatoes on the buffet & a great selection of perfectly stir fried veges. Also the desserts were amazing, in particular the rocky road which is the first time I have ever had it on a buffet selection  Was creamy smooth & delicious so top marks for that as well!!
