The room was very clean and well presented. Staff was extremely kind and thoughtful. Price was great and easily affordable. Room was big and balcony is small,Though great views. This is my second time coming here this year and I will back again.

Comfortable beds. Receptionist not attentive enough. Made us wait 2.5hours, without checking if our room was available, until I asked...then she made a phone call and advised us that our room was ready. Bathroom had a shower over a bath with no non slip mat provided...was a lot of mould over the bat

100% need of a renovation and a really good clean. Room looked like there was mold on the ceiling possibly due to a leak from the floor above. Taps had mold around the base. On the plus side, staff were lovely, the sheets were clean and the location was good.

Very disappointed in the disgraceful room standard on our recent stay. How website pics don’t tell a true story! This hotel seriously requires a full refurb from facade, reception and rooms. Mouldy carpets in hallways and rooms and a mouldy smell right through. Too many more issues to mention. I’m n
