Thank you so much to Dale and the team at Jackley's Bakehouse. You guys did such an amazing job. Really appreciate your fantastic customer service. The cakes and cupcakes looked great and were so yumm! My kids loved their cakes. You guys are AWESOME!!

I had the most wonderful experience yesterday. After calling in the morning in a panic, needing urgent decorating for an engagement cake that was disdarstedly decorated by another company. I was told to bring it in as soon as posible as they r busy and decorator leaves at 2pm. I raced said cake in for a makeover & was joyously surprised that they would "do their best" to beautify the cake even though its not the type of cake they normally work on. Told me 20min (i was expecting to have to leave it), the to pick it up & see it had been transformed into a lovely cake suitable for an engagement. Then to be told there is no charge almost made me cry (not because it was free, but because of the generosity of the decorators time & experience, it touched my heart). So i quickly bought him a $10 scratch-it to show him my appreciation. 5 STARS. Excellent service over ph & in the shop. Thank you Dale, you saved my morning.

Easily the best cakes and cupcakes in Cairns! Lovely staff and very well priced! As you can see by the photos I no longer go anywhere else for my cakes!
