This is pathetic, came here for lunch yesterday and ordered the chicken and bacon club sandwich for $17.50 and this is all I get. A couple of chips with my sandwich.... I even asked the manager and he declined me. Not happy !

Mean spirited owner who would only allow us to order takeaway coffee on our VIP. Club card. We were not allowed to sit at the tables even though the tables were not full. We were ordered away from the outside tables where there were no other patrons. Owner's manner was brusque and abrupt. When takeaway cups were placed on the counter/table for us to.collect the tops were contaminated by the server placing her hand over the lid when she put them down.
All in all not a.pleasant experience.because the owner would not honour the two for one coffee VIP Card if we elected to sit down so basically forced us to have takeaway if we wanted to use our VIP card. I dont think this is written in the conditions of use.

The service here is very disappointing and unsatisfactory. During the busy lunch hour there was one person serving, dirty tables, we had to clear away dirty dishes ourselves, we were served cold coffee, there was a 20 minute wait for our meal (which we were told about), the salad ordered did not have the extra haloumi, we were told it was coming, the waitress was busy focusing on cleaning tables..the haloumi was cooked and left in the kitchen, by this time our meal was eaten. There was no complimentary glasses and water available. We had to ask for glasses. We are locals and come here often and am very dissatisfied with the low level of customer service. We will not be returning.

My mum got the calamari salad, had most ingredients missing from the salad, calamari tasted off, hardly any dressing, and was way overpriced for something that would of cost $5 in total. She was really disappointed to be honest.

All Coffee Club cafes have a nice, sometimes even cosy atmosphere. But I'm only going to give 2 stars because they do not make great coffee and the options on their menu have become just like typical chain store fast food. So it's just another chain store nowadays and when that happens, they lose something.

Customer service and coffee was great. However, the place was filthy. Walls need cleaning badly, stains and grubby fingerprints all over walls and artwork, menus were gross and clearly hadn't been wiped down for a long time.

Served by Megan at the register, she was very rude, acted exasperated by my basic requests, and was extremely passive aggressive when answering them. It made my overall ordering and dining experience uncomfortable and I will not be returning, nor recommending the dfo coffee club to anyone.
