Payed for the new roadhouse whopper in the drive thru. Got home only had a 2nd hand looking ordinary whopper. Couldn't be bothered driving back to get the right one. Very annoying won't be going back anytime soon. Definitely check what's inside the bag they give you at this place.

This indian look like lady is the most slowest moving human being customer service we ever experience. It took 30mins for her to serve and prepare our order. Burgers are better at Hungrys . Storm was great too . Could have done with half frozen coke and half post mix . Maybe they can work out a price for that for next time

The Manager Zack who has all the manners of an ape seems to think this is appealing and argued that there was no cheese on the bun it was all on the burger! The cheese you see is what I managed to scrape off the bun!! Looks yummy doesnt it!!

Every single time, it's a long wait with very poor customer service. No apologies for the long wait. Excess of 15min, even with a pre order online. Delivery drivers are waiting about the same time. How is a fast food company differ so much from store to store. The place is so unorganised.

This went down the drain very quickly, whilst there are a few good workers here, over time they have all seem to left. Food orders always take far longer then they have to, there is poor prioritising of orders, manager is unsure of how to deal with issues that arise. Very unhygienic diner as well. I

This Hungry Jack’s is usually pretty good but I have had instances where I’ve wanted to shoot the place up. Ordered a soft serve to be told 15 minutes later that their ice cream machine is broken.
