Nick helped me with my many varied purchases - nothing was too much effort for him. He has a remarkable knowledge of all the items in which I was interested - washing machine, fridge/freezer combos, TV and sound bars, kettles, toasters, irons, and many other arb small appliances in which I'll be interested in the future. He'd gladly find out info which he didn't know, for example, was the item in stock or why a washing machine didn't have a drainage/filter port on it's front surface (no one else could help either). And, most importantly, he was very understanding and patient with the senior citizen, who had recently emigrated to this country, with whom he was interacting. There's no doubt in my mind, when I next need an electrical appliance, I'll be looking for it at Kennedys Betta Home Living in Cairns. Grateful and abundant thanks to you Nick ...... you're the best!

Disappointing and misleading stock advice from store. Very poor communication regarding stock delays. After waiting over two weeks for an item in stock order was cancelled by me after calling Betta and being notified that product will not arrive in store till mid August.

Purchased a 455litre brand new Hisense fridge and freezer. I only had it for 2 weeks and it will not freeze up. The fridge is faulty, so I rang Kennedys and ask them to troubleshoot it to get the fridge going. No customer service representative was apologetic Or demonstrate any empathy, they told me I have to ring The Warranty Company.
The Warranty Company is shocked that Kennedys did not swap and replace the fridge straight away. Luckily the warranty company is coming out and fix the brand new fridge. Not happy with Kennedy customer service technique and I will not be going back to Kennedys.

I ordered a toaster and kettle online. Within an hour I had a call advising the colour I requested wasn't available, would I like to wait or would I like another colour. I chose another colour and it is being delivered today. Great service. Thank you
