Sadly they were under staffed on my breakfast outing here and you could tell with the two young ladies trying to take everyone’s orders and deliver the meals. However the service was fantastic and they really put the customer first. The meals are always well presented and taste great “it should be, your paying for the brand coffee club” establishment could use some updating and the floors a decent clean. Over all I was satisfied and will dine here again due to the great customer service

Came here for lunch and had the big breakfast. It was delicious! Lots of tables and places to sit. Wide range of drinks and food including a kids menu. They also have lactose free, soy and almond milk for an additional surcharge of 80c. I think is a little steep when you are paying nearly $6 for an iced coffee without the additional surcharge. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free water was iced- which I really appreciated. Great place to come for a meal, snack or just a drink. I would happily eat here again.

Food wasn't too bad, not fantastic but not terrible. Decor is outdated and bench seat at the back is ripped, torn and in poor condition. Things like salt and pepper grinders would give the place a classier feel.

Always enjoyed eating at the coffee club, although the value proposition is increasingly getting worse. It's not exactly gourmet, although usually quite nice, but the prices suggest you're eating at an uptown vendor. Also the quality varies from franchise to franchise, never had bad experience at Earlville other than maybe one long wait on one occasion.

We had eggs Benny with bacon, the meal was nicely presented and tasty but both of our meals were cold and so was the benedict sauce, bacon was dry and the egg yolk was hard. Would expect better when you're paying $19 for a meal. Put it this way if the bacon wasn't dry and the meal wasn't cold I would have given it 4 stars.

We al2ays have brekki here every Friday. We are coffee club members n have been for approx 6 years. Staff at this coffee club are friendly n helpful. Did not enjoy my coffee this morning tho. I asked for a cup of half strength long black with milk on the side. It came out full strength. I sent it back asking for it to be put in a mug -still way too strong so left it behind.

Asked to leave while feeding my baby while waiting for a coffee I purchased from them. Could work on customer service and maybe learn how to make a decent coffee.
