The lady in her 30’s kinda of big was so rude to me and my friend definitely should not be working in customer service of any sort. We were very polite and friendly to her and received no respect back. One of the younger girls working at the time was very helpful and respectful. love the staff's enthusiasm, they looked half dead which i loved. Especially loved the ranger little boy so cute!! Love the decor outside which was bird poo an cigarettes. Love it when the locals come and sleepoutside to! Makes it warm and homey! <3 uWu

Wouldn't waste your time ordering here. A simple classic chicken salad couldn't even be done. Got a box full of lettuce, a piece of bacon and a little piece of chicken. NO tomatoes, cucumber, pepitas or dressing. Plus I had to pay Uber to deliver.

Staff did not know what they were doing All the maccas i have been to on the esplanade the worst. Went there yesterday staff absolutely great. HOPELESS It looked liked the Manager in store in his room was too busy feeding his face. USELESS STAFF

Went here and the service was awesome. Asked for fresh fries and am usually met with a look of derision, however the staff were very happy to oblige and very much delivers with the freshest and very hot fries. Netius (sorry if I spelt wrong) let me use the bathrooms after locking them which I am very thankful and she was very understanding. Great staff and very happy to help their guests out which is a big breath of relief from other branches. Very high regards! High shoutout to the lady who took out order however didn’t get her name. Cooks also did a great job catering to substitutions.
