Have been buying 2 large coffees for the last 3 days. Each day they have been getting less and less full and less hot. Tires of paying for the large size and getting the equivalent of a small!!! I thought they were qualified barristas .... really pathetic!

"Australia coffee special" ,to be fair the recipe is as follows:- start with a short black then keep adding white milk untill the coffee no longer has any taste. I'm sure a comedian could word this better but you get my point.

The staff are rude, if they ever acknowledge you.
The store was in a disgusting way when I visited.
It took ages to get the attention of the staff who were standing around talking to each other. Even the manager on duty didn't want to give me the time of day.... I ended up leaving without purchasing anything.

Restaurant was clean and tidy, but service was slow and inept. At first half our order was brought out and the girl said 'Are you waiting on anything else?'. Considering there were two happy meal boxes without any drinks, I would have thought that was kind of obvious. I explained about the drinks. She went back and brought 2 drinks, even though we had ordered 3. We then had to explain again and point out the 2 apple juices with the happy meals on the docket. I would say to the management, you really need to pick up your game in terms of staff training. Also, my OJ was the most watered down version I have ever tasted at a McDonalds. We won't be going back here.

Three bloody times they’ve messed up my order on Uber eats , I don’t get how hard it is to get orders right.. first a missing drink and top of that the wrong burgers and now getting half of our orders delivered. You staff need to get a grip and do what you’re paid for.

Sick of getting disappointed from the lack of effort the staff put into the food prep. I've had upside down burgers, burgers with lettuce everywhere else but in the burger, wrong drink orders time after time but always turned a blind eye because its our closest McDonald's. Whats broken the camel's back is, I just paid for a large hot fudge sundae very little almost none hot fudge in it. I feel like it was just a melted soft serve in a cup.
This team needs to pull their socks up. Dogs get served better than their paying customers.

The only sandwich I eat in MC Donalds is the Big Mac. Every time, I buy it, I need to check if they put pickles or not. Most of the time, they don't. I always have to come back and ask for my pickles!
