Counter staff very polite and work hard! Even with the abusive customers... management however needs to pick up their game, you need more than 1 person on the counter who is trying to serve and put together meals on their own!! At 12:45 pm on a Saturday.
As a former chef i am lost for words. Not only was the order completely wrong but of extremelly low quality. Normal instead of hot and spicy, extremelly oily, food smelled of old oil. Chicken was very badly done. Will never spend even $1 there and will be making an official complaint.
It's a bit tricky figuring out how to drive into this KFC. You cannot access the restaurant directly from the main road or the service road. Absolutely most pathetic order from KFC that I’ve ever experienced. Ordered through Uber from this store. I have just ordered a 6 piece box of KFC original chicken and it tastes nothing like how KFC should taste. It’s like there missing 5 secret herbs/spices. Seriously 😒 not worth it. I won’t be back
Dinner tonight unfortunately was just horrible. Soggy chicken that was inedible, couldn't eat it covered in oil & chips that were closer to mash. Top it off with some mash & gravy with no mash? Waited over an hour and a half for two sliders and chips and a drink . Biggest waste of time . Tried calling them directly and they didn’t answer either . I also work in the fast food industry so I don’t understand why it could possible take that long and why there’s no way to deal with those issues
