Review Kfc - Caloundra

Bought the cheap as chips meal deal and got 3 wings and a miniature breast in 8 pieces of chicken, I complained and got a free cheap as chips in return. I claimed that a few days later and this time get 5 thighs! There should be 2 thighs, 2 ribs, 2 legs, 1 wing and 1 breast in 8 pieces of chicken it’s not hard. The only person that seems to know what they’re doing is the manager Joe, the other employees have zero customer service skills, zero up selling ability and seriously need new training. It seems every fast food place is cutting costs wherever they can and it shows massively.

We all know KFC is yummy - but I can't rate more than 2 stars because the staff get orders wrong and leave things out of the order more often than not. Just a heads up - if you consistently "forget" to put things in the bag that have been PAID for - it's actually stealing money. Please do better!

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Staff cannot get even 1 item of your order right. I ordered 20 tenders a large chips and a coleslaw. No coleslaw, half a box of chips and 10 tenders received. When I asked if that was right as my order received looked very small, I was assured that all the food was there. After getting home and seeing that my order was incorrect, I phoned and was answered by a very surly manager, who promised me on the phone to replace my WHOLE order if I drove back to their restaurant. When I arrived, the surly arrogant manager would only give me what was missing from my meal, even though she said she would replace the WHOLE order. Would not take any responsibility for her or her staffs actions, and blamed everything on staff shortages, the worst excuse I've ever heard. KFC just because you have staff shortages doesn't give you the right to rip people off..... If you go to this KFC make sure you check every item separately before even moving from the drive thru window, because it is guaranteed to be missing something. These maggots are thieves and liars. I will never order or eat at this KFC again.

Standard kfc food but restaurant is quite untidy and could do with a staff cleaning tables much more often. hardly any room for customers to stand and queue.

Friendly staff, great fresh food and always understanding of my tricky orders. Favourite KFC for sure!

Substandard service. Ordered large Zinger BURGER meal and got a small zinger WRAP meal. They then forgot the drink. Probably because they are concentrating on drive through and give less priority to takeaway.

Pretty fast service, food was decent enough.

Chicken was cold, the guy working the drive through seemed like he didn’t want to be there and had a rude tone.
