Just want to give a big shout out to Tori. She was on her own as as they have no staff.( could tell has it was advertise looking for staff) had a line of customers and still gave each and everyone her time. She was lovely
I saw 4 customers get turned away at 4:30pm for cinnamon donuts because they had already closed the machine. I thought you closed at 5:30?
Response from customer service: Turning the fryer off early allows enough time for cool down, just enough time for the staff to clean up around the machine safe
If you want your donut to be ready before the shop closes, order the day before.
No eftpos!! Ridiculous for a fast food chain. Cost me 2 bucks just to get cash out to pay for my food. My hotdog was dry ( must a sauce shortage) and the chicken sandwich was chicken loaf not proper chicken. If i could no stars i would.
Usually fantastic. Today cold coffee, but still tasted good. slow service 1 &1/2 out of 3 working, also desperately need a numbering system
Interestin donuts. On the small side and shrivelled up. All the cinnamon sugar in the bag not on the donuts. Oh well not all bad. Vanilla milkshake ok.
Would be so nice if it was open past 4pm on a weekday.
The service was really poor no can I help you or won't be long I got nothing just ignored went to another shop will not be going back there
