Review Hungry Jacks - Caloundra

Hey, it's fast food, so I wasn't expecting fine dining. I did get a very tasty, well presented burger of decent size. The chip weren't overly greasey and had a nice crisp to the outside. All in all a good meal.

Once again HJ at Caloundra fail to impress! Have lost count the times I have gone there to get a Storm and it is not up to their standards? Well maybe Caloundra standards but Hungry Jacks as a company’s standards, I think not! 2 half cup Flak Storms for full price🤔🤬 Yes they were busy so instead of going drive through I walked in. Only one person waiting to order and I still had to wait over 10 minutes. Seriously what happened to fast food

The times I have been to the store in Caloundra, the soft serve machine is always broken & out of order. The food is lukewarm, the staff never have a smile on their face. I understand there are times when staff can be under pressure, however, I have been in retail for over 30yrs…customer service is number one & all equipment needs to be in working order at all times to provide this service & also…..A friendly smile never goes astray.

Stopped in Quickly. Staff were all nice and Friendly. Minimum Wait Time and Order was Correct.Store was extremly clean and pretty inviting. No Problems. Other Locations should Look and Learn as this Location Is probably one of the best I've been to. Cheers To All.

Off and on regular here, quite consistent with food and service. Love the rebel patties. Also get asked if I want a straw or not, which is great! I know they are paper now, but they aren't necessary and are just yet another single use resource. Drink from the cup 🙌

Have never had good service here, it's always so bad. like I know they are probably young and new to work, but really 30 minutes being the only one in store for most of that time at 8pm ordering at whopper junior small meal..... It's a little bit of a stretch for the time it generally takes anywhere else. Really sloppy job guys hope you can do better next time.

Well the first thing is the fact that the Aussie burger has been taken off the menu. This was quite a shock. It was probably the only thing worth eating. The next thing is the new Pork Belly burger. I decided to try one and when I open the wrapper (which was a bacon burger wrap) I had a real hard time finding the Pork Belly. There was lots of sauce and lettuce there and my thought was that it was to disguise the fact that there was on Pork Belly on the burger at all. I asked the attendant behind the counter where the Pork was and he too couldn't really see it either. I pointed out the fact that the sloppy mess I had been given did in no way resemble the luscious photo in the window. I realize that this is a marketing tool but come on, it has to look a bit like the picture. We also got two large fries, well I think the salt outweighed the fries 50 to 1. I might as well eaten two large spoons of salt. There was so much salt that my tongue and lips were burning. Needless to say we have been cured of our Hungry Jack craving for a long time if not forever.

Food was good, fresh and fast. All tables and chairs were filthy, we sat outside because they looked a bit cleaner. The counter was filthy, needs a good cleanup. It was not overly busy while we were there either.
