If you want to have the best breakfast and coffee in Melbourne come here!! Not only is the food worth writing a review about, but the owner and staff are the best! During lockdown going to Harvest Blend for my daily caffeine fix has also turned into my daily exposure to friendly faces and a true feeling of being part of a community. You deliver so much more than excellent food and coffee!! Thank you.
With cafes only being able to offer take away at the moment I decided to order lunch off their takeaway menu located in their IG feed. The whole take away menu was $15 each and included a soft drink in the mix. I was tempted by the beef burger while KD opted for quinoa pumpkin salad with chicken.
My beef burger was flavoursome had a chunky patty and plenty of sauces to flavour it up. The salad was generous and chicken was still warm and wonderful.
The collection process was still a bit clunky with customers not knowing where to stand to avoid other customers “spaces” so would suggest a in one door and out the other door approach would make keeping your distance a lot easier with current social isolating levels.
Will defiantly check out the menu online in the future.

I am always suspicious when a cafe claims to have specialty coffee because in my experience this doesn’t always correspond to good coffee. It was with that mindset that I went into Harvest Blend to grab a takeaway latte and a muffin for good measure.
I’m pleased to report coffee was a good solid drink and I didn’t need to ask for it to be strong despite going for medium size. The milk was at the top of the range which meant i was able to drive home and it was still a good drinking temperature at home.
My sinful and unwarranted choc chip muffin was light and soft with a heap of choc chips on top and caramelised within. Although an impulse buy I don’t have any (well many) regrets... better head to the gym this afternoon.
They do have specialty coffee, single origin and some of the most amazing looking bread just about the sweets counter.
Harvest Blend has been my local cafe for 2 years and every time I walk in they all know my name and are friendly, warm & welcoming. Led by Diana, she never misses an opportunity to ask about my family and well being. I have moved home recently and pass at least 6 cafe’s however remain loyal to Harvest, to continue buying my coffee from this cafe. Thankyou.
Love this place! Great coffee, food and service. I'll definitely be back
Ordered:
- Bruschetta
- Sweet potato chips
Bruschetta was yum to begin with; thick and crusty bread (it was like garlic bread with the spread on it), tomatoes were cooked to the right time and more than enough feta cheese to spread. However as time went on, I found the basil spread on the bread to become saltier and I was gulping down water. Overall delicious, but I wouldn’t order this dish if I came back. On the other hand, sweet potato chips were delish!

Everyone knows their own local neighbourhood café. But how often do you venture to another neighbourhood? Harvest Blend is always busy. No queues (it is too specious for that), and a full menu and coffee that they boast about. They have reason to. Everytime I have ordered coffee here, it arrives looking spectacular. They also serve single origin and house blend.
I had a nice strong skinny latte from here. This cafe was packed so there was no way I was getting a seat indoors for brunch lol
The service was extremely attentive with several staff asking me if I had been served which was great.
My strong skinny latte had lots of milk, it was strong and the coffee flavour was really nice. I’d definitely go back here for a coffee and some food, but I’d book ahead next time haha.
Friendly staff here suggested me to try their iced matcha latte and I must say she didn’t disappoint! The bitterness of matcha blended beautifully with vanilla ice cream. I’m surely going to visit again 😊

Really impressed by the food and service here. We had the brioche French toast and a few pitas. Everything tasted wonderful and the French toast had a lot of fruit. The veggie pita was a bit salty due to the basil pesto but overall we enjoyed our visit to this cafe. Will definitely return!
I absolutely adore this place - amazing staff, fantastic food (my favourite is the vege pita with sweet potato fries!) and a lovely outdoor area. My number 1 go-to cafe in the Camberwell area!
